Chapter 16: Bible Biographies

As an educator no part of the Bible is of greater value than are its biographies. These
biographies differ from all others in that they are absolutely true to life. It is impossible for
any finite mind to interpret rightly, in all things, the workings of another. None but He who
reads the heart, who discerns the secret springs of motive and action, can with absolute
truth delineate character, or give a faithful picture of a human life. In God's word alone is
found such delineation. No truth does the Bible more clearly teach than that what we do is
the result of what we are. To a great degree the experiences of life are the fruition of our
own thoughts and deeds. "The curse causeless shall not come." Proverbs 26:2. "Say ye to
the righteous, that it shall be well with him. . . . Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with
him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him." Isaiah 3:10, 11. "Hear, O earth:
behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts." Jeremiah 6:19.
Terrible is this truth, and deeply should it be impressed. Every deed reacts upon the doer.
Never a human being but may recognize, in the evils that curse his life, fruitage of his own
sowing. Yet even thus we are not without hope.

Bible Bibliographies (146)

The first part tells that no finite mind or human can do differ biographies at different
time but still end up saying a common thing about someone who wrote the biography. We
all know that the Bible consist of many books but if you read it you won’t see any
contradicting stories; all are connected to each and one and all the prophecy from the
beginning became true, because the author of this differ biographies are not men but God,
Himself. He just used people to write these biographies because He can because He is
infinite. The almighty is powerful and true and even if those biographies aren’t written at
the same time we consider it as true and legitimate because the ONE who made it was the
truth, it was the Lord. The Bible also teaches that whatever we do, we are responsible for
it and for its outcome. It’s the result of our choices in life and by this we learn to grow and
be fruitful in ourselves. It also teaches that whatever we do or whatever we show to others
is the results of our own self. From the way we think, the way we talk and to our actions.
Everything about us is also what we do to the people around us. Truth will set us free but
that truth is never easy to say to everyone. Sometimes truth is terrible and hurtful but in the
end of the day it’s happier to live a life that you suffer from the truth than to enjoy life
knowing that you are wrong. Everything we do to others or to anyone will always come
back to us. Sometimes we just lose hope but we just need to see the reality of life that even
we have differ biographies we are still created by one creator and that’s Him.
