Dear Students, I hereby extend a special welcome to the batch of 2021, who have arrived to
begin their ICFAI Business School careers. Students who are the young minds of today and the
responsible citizens of tomorrow. I congratulate all of you for having secured a seat here. This
is the path which leads to fulfilment of your dreams and for the two years that you are here, I
hope, that you can gather the best of knowledge and experience.

The idea of putting the foundation of an educational institution is so inspiring: what was once
planted as a sapling is now all grown into a large tree. Being a management school, IBS,
provides a tremendous opportunity for the students to excel in a forward thinking, technology
rich environment. This is the place where business embraces technology; so, our graduates are
business educated, applications focused and success driven.

Each student at IBS should engrave within himself or herself a solemn promise to strike a
balance between studying and socializing. So, explore yourself, extend your limits, challenge
your capabilities, take part in many activities as you can, express yourself, spread the wings of
your freedom. But in this endeavour, be responsible and ado not lose your track.
