Subject: for taking action against miscreant Manish Pandey who is becoming a threat
to the society day by day.

Sir,
It is humbly submitted that we are the permananet residents of Bihar sharif, Nalanda.

This is to bring to your kind notice that a bunch of miscreants with MANISH PANDEY
as it head, along with other companion are indulged in all sort of illegal and anti social
activities such as liquor trading, having possession of illegal weapon, threatening,
snatching, committing extortion upon the locals of Bihar Sharif. He is a fellow whose
age is between 25-30 years and claims himself to be a student of Kisan college of
Nalanda.

Recently on 06-01-2020, these miscreants in broad daylight , thrashed and looted rupee
3 lakh from Bihar Sharif based Homeopath Doctor and family in full public view. The
same incident has been registered as FIR no.dated ……………..in Laheri Thana of
Bihar Sharif.

The same has also been reported in national and local newspapers like Times of India
and others on the date………
In another heart wrenching act committed by these miscreants was a few weeks ago,
when on a broad daylight, pierced nails in hands and feet of an innocent person
residence in the locality.
Despite the incident being reported, police did not take cognizance and no action has
been taken against these miscreant till now and they are still at large.

Further , it is to state that, despite the state wide ban on liquor, they are trading, dealing
and supplying liquor openly under the protection of some unknown or known
authorities and leaders.
In short, the holy land of lord Buddha and home district of our honourable chief minister
is witnessing open mockery of his widely successful liquor ban in his own district. This
is a matter of utter shame for us that the authorities are unable to check and put a
complete ban on liquor trading in home district of our CM.

As these unlawful activities of this miscreants went unchecked for a long time, as a
result of which their indulgence in the unlawful activities got boosted and led to the
commission of more serious crimes as above mentioned.

It is also to bring to your notice that these gang and their leader are following the path
laid down by a dead criminal T P Singh who was shot dead by the police in the
recent/long past. The dead criminal TP Singh was a history sheeter and many criminal
cases were pending against him while he was alive.

Manish Pandey and his gang are currently residing in Bihar Sharif whose local address
I don’t know but from the society I have heard that he along with his gang reside in
Patel Nagar colony of Bihar Sharif. They reside in a rented flat and are still at large.

Due to their frequent fearless and unchecked activities , local people are living under
the state of extreme fear and anxiety. People do not feel safe anymore due to their
presence in the locality. They are the glaring example of a section of society who take
law in their hand and have no fear of law.
 Therefore, it is humbly requested to consider the above mentioned facts and take
stringent and necessary action against the above mentioned miscreant, so that peace and
order is restored in locality.
