Terms and Conditions

Price quoted is based on the specifications provided by the client and agreed by Raeas Marketing or vice-versa, changes in product,
design or specifications after approval of proposal may be subject to price adjustment as the parties may agree.

I. PAYMENT

1. A FIFTY PERCENT (50%) downpayment shall be required unless Raeas Marketing and the Client shall otherwise agree, balance upon
completion of delivery as per agreement.
2. Payment will be accepted in Dated Company Check, Manager’s Check, thru Bank Transfer or Cash.
3. All check is payable to Raeas Marketing.

II. DELIVERY

1. Delivery is FREE for purchases above Php10, 000.00 within Metro Manila.
2. Delivery outside Metro Manila may be charged to client.

III. Validity

1. 10 Days from the date of proposal.

2. Prices may vary without prior notice and shall not be considered final unless and until this Quotation Proposal has been signed and
accepted.

IV. Warranty

1. Six months warranty against factory defect upon normal operating condition.

V. Cancellation of orders

1. All cancellation of orders will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the order value.

General Agreement:

Unless full payment of the full purchase price is made, it is agreed that Raeas Marketing shall remain to be the lawful owner of the
product(s). Accordingly, Raeas Marketing has the right to demand a return of the product(s) delivered should the client not complete the
payments within the period given (i.e. fifteen (15) days after full delivery of the order). Raeas Marketing is not responsible for pricing,
typographical or other errors and it reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel orders arising from such errors.
