INDIVIDUAL END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT /

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY: THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”) BETWEEN YOU AND HCS
VOICEPACKS LTD. THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO LICENSES PURCHASED BY YOU AND IS APPLICABLE TO ONLINE,
DIGITAL AND ANALOG (PHYSICAL) DELIVERY OF LICENSED MATERIAL. BY PURCHASING A HCS VOICEPACK, YOU
AND, IF APPLICABLE, PURCHASER, ENTER(S) INTO THIS AGREEMENT WITH HCS VOICEPACKS LTD AND CONFIRM(S)
THAT YOU AND/OR IT, AS THE CASE MAY BE, HAVE AND/OR HAS, AS THE CASE MAY BE, THE POWER AND
AUTHORITY TO DO SO.

This Agreement governs Your usage of the sounds and/or sound effect collections that you purchase from HCS
VoicePacks Ltd. This includes the free VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files) provided with your download and the
content written within the VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files). Individuals and single (i.e. one (1) person) entities may
enter into this Agreement to purchase Licensed Material.

Copyright infringement is a serious offense. Copyright laws and international treaty provisions protect HCS
VoicePacks Ltd. HCS VoicePacks Ltd protects its copyrights by all necessary means, including legal action.

HCS VOICEPACKS LTD LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. All files included in this product remain the property of HCS VoicePacks Limited and are licensed, not sold, to
you, and provided for use exclusively with Elite Dangerous and Star Citizen.

2. A right to use the enclosed sounds for personal use only (one computer /not for commercial use) is granted to
the original end-user of the product (Licensee) and is NOT transferable.

3. The Licensee may not modify the sound files; however, MAY USE THE SOUNDS FOR PURPOSES WITHIN
COMPOSITIONS FOR ADDITIONAL RESPONSES, subject to section 7 below.

4. This license expressly forbids resale, relicensing, or other distribution of the sound files and VoiceAttack profiles
(VAP files), either as they exist digitally or on the enclosed MEDIA (If applicable, not downloaded), or any
modification thereof. You cannot assign, lease, lend, rent, upload or download to or from any database or server,
or transfer any or all the sound files or VoiceAttack profiles (VAP Files) to another party, or, use them in any other
commercial VoiceAttack profiles (VAP Files) without obtaining written permission from HCS VoicePacks Ltd.

5. Licensor will not be responsible if the sound files, or, VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files) do not fit the particular
purpose of the Licensee. The sound samples and VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files) are licensed 'as is' without
warranties of any kind. Neither the Licensor, or any distributor of Licensor's products, can be held responsible for
any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of any sound files or VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files)
provided by HCS VoicePacks Ltd.

6. The Licensee may publicly broadcast sound files for review and promotional purposes with platforms YouTube
and Twitch, showing use with Elite Dangerous & Star Citizen exclusively. Licensee may not re-distribute the
sounds as sounds, multi-sounds, samples, multi-samples, programs or patches – Meaning the Licensee cannot re-
sell them as part of a sound sample library of any kind. The mixing of HCS VoicePacks content with commercial
products is NOT permitted without written permission - The use of the sound files, VoiceAttack profiles and HCS
Plugins in other third party VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files) video game soundtracks, music distribution
applications (Including VoiceAttack music distribution VAP files), gaming machines, or toys where they appear in
isolation or as sound effects as part of any application, game or remixing application, is not permitted without first
obtaining written permission from HCS VoicePacks Ltd.
7. Making editorial changes to sound files is not permitted. The sound files must be used 'in combination' within
its own collection or collections of HCS VoicePacks included sound files and VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files),
specifically the “Singularity.VAP”. HCS VoicePacks Ltd do not support or guarantee, commercial or otherwise,
third party VoiceAttack profiles imported /linked into the ‘Singularity’ VoiceAttack profile (VAP files). HCS
VoicePacks Ltd reserves the right to make provision and to support non-commercial applications containing
‘other’ VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files).

8. This version of your HCS VoicePack is for single, non-commercial use with one computer only.

9. Replication of any command lines and/or coding of a VoiceAttack "VAP" file supplied by HCS VoicePacks is
prohibited for use in any other commercial platform or application without written permission from HCS
VoicePacks.

10. All content contained within your licensed product(s) is subject to Copyright laws and international treaty
provisions that protect HCS VoicePacks Ltd.’s intellectual property. Decompiling, reverse engineering and copying
any of the authored digital content provided, is expressly forbidden; This extends to HCS VoicePacks Ltd’s
VoiceAttack profile’s (VAP files) in their entirety, including content specific command lines. ‘HCS Plugins’, sound
files, VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files) as well as any other provided content or components within HCS VoicePacks
Ltd.’s product(s).

11. HCS VoicePacks Ltd reserves the right to exclude support for any other commercial / non-commercial products
/ applications, including VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files).

12. Customisation of the VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files) is permitted for personal use, providing that the
customisation does not breach any other HCS VoicePacks Ltd license conditions. Adding your own personal
bespoke commands and editing spoken phrases for single use is permitted providing it does not breach the
conditions of the license. HCS VoicePacks Ltd cannot be held responsible for poor, or, limited functionality, as a
result of any additional end user changes to the VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files) contained in within the HCS
VoicePacks.

13. HCS VoicePacks Ltd provides the product and its contents in their entirety ‘as is’ without further obligation to
provide or facilitate further updates for any / all of the provided VoiceAttack profiles (VAP files), or, audio sound
files contained within the supplied product.

14. HCS VoicePacks Ltd reserves the right to change licensing conditions at any time without notice to the end
user.

Termination. This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this EULA will terminate
automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
