DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

Know all men by these presents:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is entered into this ____ day of October 2019 in
Pasay City, made, executed and entered into by and between:

EFREN R. MARTINEZ, of legal age, Filipino and residing at Mercury Street,

Aeroville, NAIA, Pasay City, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

And

CINDY KATHLEEN O. EASTWOOD, of legal age, Filipino and with residence

and postal address at 12 Airlane Road, Aeroville, NAIA, Pasay City, hereinafter referred to as
the VENDEE;

WITHNESSETH

Whereas, the VENDOR is the registered owner of a two storey residential

property made of concrete materials located at Mercury corner Jupiter Street,
Aeroville, NAIA, Pasay City, and containing a total area of 18.20 square meters,
with Tax Declaration Number 123-07-198-01-085-1001.

Whereas, the VENDOR has offered to sell and the VENDEE has agreed to buy
the above mentioned property for the amount of One Million and Two Hundred
Thousand Pesos (P1,200,000.00) Philippine Currency;

Now therefore, for and in consideration of the sum of One Million and Two
Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,200,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the
VENDEE to the VENDOR, the VENDOR do hereby sell, transfer and convey by way of
ABSOLUTE SALE unto the said VENDEE his heirs and assigns the certain property
together with all the improvements found thereon and free from all liens and
encumbrances of whatever nature including real state taxes as of the date of this
sale. It is agreed that from this date, the dwellers/residents of the place has until
______________ to permanently vacate the entire premises.

In witness whereof, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures, this
