The ability for people to have a mark for social indicators such as, health care
etc.

One key idea is to be innovative, transparent. Our main challenge is money and
we need someone to support.

Our best Sponsorship will be Osiwa and they will bring ideas on how to develop
our plans (Ethical Hacking), World bank they are open to the government so if
we do partners they will help. Switzerland can also be of help.
The team is looking for personals
I believe if the best comes from your ministry. I will help with the concept
behind your ministry and technical support.
We need to Shift and raise the banner. Some of us are ready to support but the
fear of politics is pushing us back.
There should be a PP component. The ability of system beyond the ministry.

We can talk to people about our proposal once there will be sponsorship.

DR. DARMOE
We are developing ethical Hubs to create smart ideas. How hubs can help create
better livelihood. We need to use those guys for cyber securities; we can also use
them for entrepreneurs and a lot more. App development, taking Hackers to
work on board.

Russians youth are trained to counter cyber-hacks.

Interested parties like NGO can decide to develop a plan. Chance for local
people to be trained to different ministry. To have face- to face contact. Also a
way for people to use social media to have discussion about the ministry without
bordering to come to the ministry. Responsibility of giving result of people’s
expectation, this is the only ministry with this kind of Project. This is the first
time for such project to be plan in west Africa.

How do we link Zongo Ministry to Local government?
DR.DARMOE
Inner- City and Zongo Ministry is working in hand with some Ministries like,
Ministry of Finance, local government, works and housing, sanitation etc.
