Previously  we  have  made  many  feature  films,  music  videos,  tv  ads,  documentaries 
and  short  films.  We  have  also  organised  many  events  where  we  gave  opportunity  to 
talented  youngsters.  This  time,  you  can  join  us  for  minimum  fee  amount  and  we  will 
provide you the platform to showcase your talent.

In  the  film  industry,  there  are  few  things  which  are  very  important  to 
make a career. 
1.  Money  -  No  matter  what  you  do,  whether  you  are  a  beginner  or 
professional,  one  has  to  spend  something in order to become something in 
the  industry. Without money, you cannot buy equipment, meet new people 
and  form  connections,  make  a  portfolio  or  create  any  kind  of  media 
product. 
2.  Time  -  One  has  to  invest  a  lot  of  time  and  energy  in  this  industry  to 
succeed.  Whether  you  want  to  pursue  acting,  music  or  any  other 
department,  you  have  to  spend  time.  Whether  newcomer  or  professional, 
you have to keep spending time. 
3.  Equipment  -  Without  equipment  like  a  camera,  cellphone,  computer  or 
mic,  you  cannot  create  something.  Whether  you  want  to  make  something 
for  YouTube  or  Netflix,  either  you  have  to  buy  equipment  or  borrow  it  from 
others.  But if you don't have the equipment or anyone in contact who has it, 
then  it  is  not  possible  to  make  a  music  video,  tv  ads,  web  series  or  feature 
film.  
4. Knowledge - If you have the knowledge, then chances of getting success 
are  high  but  if  you  are  not  well  aware  of  this  industry,  then  someone  else 
will  defeat  you.  So  gaining  knowledge  about  anything  that  you  want  to 
pursue  is  very  necessary.  Many  people  spend  lakhs  of  rupees  in  gaining 
knowledge  because  they  know that with the knowledge they can climb the 
ladder of success faster than others. 
5.  Contacts  -  You  must  have  good  contacts  in  the  industry  who  can  give 
you  more  opportunities.  Without  contacts,  it  becomes  difficult  to  move 
forward. Whether you want to crack a distribution deal, raise money for your 
new  film  or  shoot  a  good  portfolio,  having  good  contacts  in  the  industry 
always helps. Without contacts, the road to success is very painful. 
 
The problem Newcomers face while entering this industry. 
Most  of  the  newcomers  who  want  to  enter  the  film  industry  faces  a  lot  of 
problems. Below are a few mentioned. 
1.  Lack  of  knowledge  -  They  are  completely  unaware  of  how  the  industry 
works.  They  don't  have  the  proper  knowledge.  Someone  wants  to  become 
an  actor  but  don't  know anything about acting. Someone wants to become 
a  singer  but  they  don't  have  a  deep  knowledge  of  music  or  lack  singing 
skills. 
2.  Lack  of  Portfolio  -  Many  boys  and  girls  want  to  become  model but they 
don't  have  a  portfolio.  Most  of  the  time,  these  newcomers  send  pictures 
clicked  by cellphone and gets rejected. Due to the lack of portfolio, selectors 
don't  think  you  are  professional  or  serious  about  your  career.  Many  want  to 
become  a  successful  photographer  or  editor  but  they  don't  have  any 
portfolio of their work so no one hires them for any project. 
3.  Lack  of  Contacts  -  Freshers  don't  have  good  contacts  in  the  industry  so 
they  don't  get  to  know  which  opportunities  are  available  for  them.  For 
example,  there  must  be  some  audition  in  Pune  but  if  you  are  not  in  touch 
with  filmmakers,  it  will  be  very  difficult  for  you  to  get  accurate  information. 
Some  director  is  looking  for  an  actor,  but  if  you  don't  have  that  director  in 
your  contact  then  even  if  you  are  a  good  actor,  you  will  not  be  selected 
because you never knew where the audition was held. 
4.  Lack  of  Resources  -  Some  freshers  think  about  starting  a  youtube 
channel,  some  podcast  but  they  don't  have  the  proper  equipment  to  do 
this.  Someone  wants  to  make  a  funny  video,  but  he/she  doesn't  have  a 
camera, computer, editing software, etc. to finish his/her little project. 
 
To  solve  some  of  the  problems,  we  have  designed  one  project  which  can 
help freshers to enter in this industry. THE INFLUENCERS PROJECT. 
 
Fee:  To  join  this  project,  you  have  to  pay  the  fees  of 3000 /- rupees in 3 
monthly installments. 
 
What this project is about? 
We  are  starting  a  new  website  in  Hinglish  which  provides  information, 
entertainment,  and  reviews  on  many  topics.  Topics  such  as  Filmmaking, 
Softwares,  Health,  Entertainment,  Fashion,  Dating,  etc.  Articles  will  be 
written  in  Hinglish  (  Hindi  language  using  English  fonts  ).  We  are  not 
disclosing  the  name  of  the  website  right  now.  We  will  disclose  it  once  we 
finish  50  percent  of  the  project.  There  will  be  nearly  1000  articles on various 
topics.  Some  will  be  funny,  some  will  be  informative.  All  the  articles  will  be 
posted  on  this  website  one  by  one.  Every  day,  we  will  post  nearly  10  articles 
on this website. The articles will be written professionally. 
This  website  will  be  linked  to  our  youtube  channel  and we will make videos 
based  on  this  article.  The  articles  will  be  like  scripts  for  these  videos.  Each 
video  will  be  nearly  5  to  10  minutes long. When you join our project, you will 
get  a  chance  to  work  in  these  videos.  To  make  these  videos,  you  can  join 
this  project  as  a  photographer,  cinematographer,  anchor,  model,  actor  or 
social  media  marketer.  Nearly  a  team  of  300  boys  and  girls  are  going  to  be 
in this project.  
 
How this project will help you in starting your career in filmmaking? 
1.  By  joining  this  project,  you  will  meet  other  photographers, 
cinematographers,  video  editors,  actors,  models,  and  anchors.  This  means 
you  will  get  an  environment  of  similar  minded  people.  Just  like  you,  80 
percent  of  the  people  who  join  this  project  will  be freshers who are starting 
their  careers.  As  we  have  mentioned  earlier,  contacts  in  this  industry  are 
very  important.  When  you  get  in  touch  with  other  photographers, 
cinematographers,  actors,  etc.  you  can  form  your own group and exchange 
your thoughts, opinions, and knowledge. 
2.  This  project  will  give  you  online  exposure  on  various  websites.  In  today's 
world,  social  media  plays  an  important  role.  But  working  alone  is  difficult. 
You  can  start  your  own  youtube  channel  but  making  videos,  then 
uploading  and  sharing  on the internet becomes tough. You may not have a 
proper  script  or  team.  By  joining  this  project,  your  name  as  photographer, 
cinematographer,  editor  or  actor  is  spread  on  the  internet.  We  will  share 
these  videos  on  different  social  media  websites.  So,  you  get  maximum 
publicity by becoming part of this project. 
3.  You  get  experience.  After  this  project,  you  can  proudly  say  that  you  have 
experience  of  working  in  front  of  a  camera  or  offscreen.  Your  confidence 
level  will  improve.  This  project  will  also  help  you  improve  your 
communication  skills  because  you  will  have  to  talk  with  other  team 
members.  So  next  time,  whenever  there  is  an  audition  or  contest,  you  can 
say  that  you  have  worked  before.  You  will  become  more  experienced  after 
this project.  
4.  You  will  have  links  to  your  work.  When  someone  asks,  "what  have  you 
done  before?",  you  can  forward  them  these  video  links  where  you  have 
worked  as  a  model,  anchor,  cinematographer  or  editor. Whenever you chat 
on  Facebook  or  WhatsApp,  you  can  forward  them  your  links  to  show  them 
that you have worked professionally.  
5.  You  will  get  in  touch  with  professional  filmmakers.  We  will forward these 
video  links  and  your  information  to  our  professional  filmmakers.  If  they  like 
your  work,  they  will  contact  you  or  hire  you  for  their  next  projects.  We have 
many  filmmakers  in  our  contact  who  are  looking  for  talented  people. If you 
give your 100 percent in this project, we will forward your details to them.  
6.  It  will  save  you  time.  We  will  upload  and  promote  these  videos  so  you 
don't  have  to  worry  about  doing  it  on  your  own.  All  you  have  to  do  is  give 
your 100 percent in this project and the rest will be our job. 
 
Schedule of This Project. 
Until  20th  July  -  All  the  team  members  will  be  added  to  this  project. 
Models,  Actors,  Anchors,  Dancers,  Musicians,  Photographers,  Content 
Writers,  Cinematographers,  Video  Editors,  and  Social  Media  Marketers  will 
be joined. 
21st  July  To  21st  August  -  Groups  will  be  formed  among  team  members. 
This  is  the  preparation  step.  Here  we  will  guide  you  through  everything. 
Each  team  member  will  be  given  tasks  to  complete.  He/  She  must 
complete  the  task  within  this  period  so  that  he/she  gets  ready  for  the 
shooting  phase.  Within  this  period  all  the  articles  will  be  written  and 
distributed among team members so that they get prepared. 
22nd  August  to  22nd  September  -  The  practice  phase.  Each  member  will 
practice  their  task  or  work  assignment  with  other  team  members  to  get  it 
done  perfectly  at  the  time  of the shoot. Each team member will collaborate 
with  other  team  members.  Leaders,  trainers,  managers  will  be  selected 
among team members who have special skills or talents. 
1st  October  to  30th  October - This is the shooting period. In this period, we 
will  shoot  nearly  1000  short  videos  based  on  the  articles  that  we  have 
written  for  the  website.  Each  team  member will have a schedule of nearly 7 
days  where  they  will  be  working  onscreen or offscreen on these videos. This 
is the time when all your hard work will finally give the result. 
1st  November  to  30th  November  -  This  will  be  the  editing  and  posting 
time  of  these  videos.  Each  day,  few  videos  will  be  edited  and  posted on the 
various social media platforms. 
 
STEPS TO BECOMING PART OF THIS PROJECT. 
Step  1.  The  fee  for  joining  this  project  is  3000/-  rupees.  The  fee  is  divided 
into  3  monthly  installments.  You  must  pay  1000/-  rupees  per  month  for  3 
months.  There  are  limited  seats  so  hurry  up.  If  you  join  late,  we  can  not 
guarantee any placement in this project. You can join from any part of India. 
The  shoot  will  take  place  in  Nagpur,  Pune  or  Mumbai.  The  final  venues  are 
not yet decided but anyone from any city can join. 
Step  2.  Once  you  join,  you  will  get  one  department  where  you  must 
concentrate.  For  example,  if  you want to join this project as a photographer, 
you  will  belong  to  the  photographers'  team.  If  you  want  to  join  this  project 
as  an  actor  or  model,  you  will  belong  to  the  onscreen  team.  After  joining, 
your  departments  will  be  selected  for  you.  Apart  from  your  main 
department,  you  will  also  be placed in another department where you have 
to work in order to stay ahead in the competition. 
Step  3.  You  will  start  receiving  notes  on  how  to  prepare  yourself  for  the 
shoot.  We  will  guide  you  throughout  the  project.  If  you  are  from  another 
city,  we  will  have  a  telephone  conversation  or  Video  conference  where  we 
will  prepare  you  for  the  final  battle.  Our  main  managers  will  stay  in  touch 
with you via meetings, phone or video conference to guide you properly. 
Step  4.  Once  you  are  partially  prepared,  we  will  start  sending  you  articles 
that  you  have  to  prepare.  If  you  are  an  actor,  model,  anchor  or  trainer,  we 
will  give  you  some  guidelines  on  how  to  deliver  that  script  in  front  of  the 
camera.  If  you are a photographer, cinematographer, editor or musician, we 
will  guide  you  on  how  to  shoot  those  articles  and  onscreen  actors  for  final 
output. 
Step  5.  ​We  will  provide  you  shooting  schedule.  You can prepare everything 
in  your  own  city  but  for  the shoot, you will have to travel to Nagpur, Pune or 
Mumbai  for  at  least  7  days.  2  Days  will  be  for  preparation  and  5 days will be 
for  the  shoot.  In  these  7  days,  you  will  meet  other team members, plan and 
execute  the  shoot  properly.  You  will  have  to  manage  your  travel,  stay  and 
food yourself.  
 
Terms and Conditions 
1.  The  fee  is  non-refundable.  Once  you  become  part  of  this  project,  you can 
not ask for a refund. We don't have a refund policy. 
2.  You  must  take  responsibility  for  your  own  travel,  food,  stay,  makeup  and 
clothing.  We  are  here  to  guide.  If  you  want  us  to  manage  your  travel,  food, 
stay,  makeup  and  clothing,  then  extra  20,000  rupees  must  be  paid  in 
advance. 
3.  When  you  get  in  touch  with  other team members, our production house 
is  not  responsible  if  you  fall  in  a  personal  relationship  or  if  there  is  any 
personal conflict between you and other team members. 
4.  ​You  must  not  leak  any  articles,  notes  or  documents  in  any  website  or 
offline.  You  must  maintain  confidentiality.  By joining this project, you agree 
to our Non-Disclosure Agreement. 
5. You must not post photos, videos, audio, screenshots or any sensitive data 
of  other  team  members  without  their  permission.  We  have  a  strict  privacy 
policy. 
6.  You  must  not share phone numbers of other team members without our 
permission. 
7.  ​If  you  want  to  leave  this  project,  you  must  tell  us  before 7 days so we can 
find  your  replacement.  You  must  give  notice  before  7  days  that  you  will  no 
longer be part of this project. 
8.  The  main  city  of  shoot  is  not  yet  decided.  We  have  total  right  to  change 
the city, shooting venue, schedule or team members. 
9.  You  will  be  removed  from  the  project  if  your  behavior,  lack  of  interest  or 
bad intent is shown by you.

How to pay the fee? 
You can pay the fee via Cash or Bank Transfer. 
I don't live in Nagpur, Can i still join the project? 
Yes,  you  can  join  this  project  if  you  are  an  Indian,  living  in  any  part  of  the 
country. 
Is it necessary to be available for 3 months? 
No.  You  will have to visit Nagpur, Pune or Mumbai for shoot only at the time 
of  shooting  schedule.  But  if  you  live  in  Nagpur,  we  recommend  you  to  join 
our  offline  meetings  to  get  connected  with other teammates. Before shoot, 
all  the  meetings  will  be  held  online  or  offline  according  to  your 
convenience.  
I have some more people in my contact, can i join them in this project? 
Sure.  We  recommend  you  to  spread  this  project  with  other  newcomers  so 
they can too get the chance to experience this project. 
What is the minimum age requirement to join this project? 
You must be at least 18 year old to work in this project. 
I  want  to  join  this  project  only  for  onscreen.  I  don't  want  to  work 
offscreen. Can I still join this project? 
No.  Even  if  you  just  want  to  join  as  an  actor,  model  or  anchor,  you  will  still 
have  to  work  with  us  offscreen.  Because  we  want  to  make  you  strong  in 
facing  the  competition.  We  believe  in  working  together.  We  want  you  to 
become part of our team, not just visit for shoot then disappear. 
Will there be training for us? Will you teach everything? 
No.  This  is not a course or workshop. We will not be teaching everything but 
just  like  every  other  media  project,  we  will  guide  you.  We  will  guide  you  on 
what  is  required  and  what  is  not  required.  We  will  stay  in touch with you to 
recommend  you  some  tutorials  and  articles  that  you  must  watch  and  read 
to improve your skills. 
If  i  join  as  photographer,  cinematographer  or  editor,  will  you  provide 
equipment for us? 
No.  You  can  join  as  photographer,  cinematographer  or  editor,  but  you  will 
have  to  arrange  your  own  camera  or  computer. Otherwise, you can work as 
assistant  for  other  photographer,  cinematographer  or  editor.  We  are 
providing  you  a  platform  to  showcase  your  skills.  After  joining,  you  can 
arrange  your  equipment  from  someone  else  like  your  friends  or  anyone  in 
your contact for shoot. 
Is there a guarantee that I will get more projects after joining this project? 
No.  This  project  is  designed  to  give  you  exposure,  more  contacts, 
knowledge  and  experience  of  working  professionally.  This  does  not  mean 
that  you  will  get  more  projects  after  this.  But  you  will  get  ahead  of  the 
competition  because  of  this  experience.  This  project  will  create  a  demo  for 
you  that  you  can  show  others.  This  project  will  help  you different aspects of 
filmmaking  and  promotion.  This  project  will promote you. But if you are not 
talented,  self-learner,  updated  with  the  knowledge  of  filmmaking, 
consistent  and  hardworking,  then  there  is  no  guarantee  that  you  can 
succeed  in  film  industry.  Truth  is,  this  industry  is  very  tough to crack. Only 5 
out  of  100  reach  somewhere.  Many  of  the  people  who  enter industry leaves 
it  after  one  year  due  to  tough  competition. But if you give your 100 percent, 
then  there  are  few  chances  that  you  will  get  other  projects  also.  It  all 
depends  on  your  performance  and  your  skills.  For  example,  youtube 
provides  you  platform  to  upload  video,  that  does  not  mean  that  you  will 
become  a  YouTube  star.  Twitter  gives  you  platform  to  make  millions  of 
followers  but  that  doesn’t  mean  you  will  become  a  celebrity  overnight. 
Instagram  can  give  you  millions  of  likes  on  your  photos and an opportunity 
to  become famous. But you have to work for it. Same way, this project gives 
you  the  opportunity  to  connect  with  other  filmmakers  and  showcase  your 
talent  but  you  will  have  to  convert  this  opportunity  into  success  with  your 
own passion, hard work, knowledge and skills.
