Closer Report Town Centre Amanora

A New state of Art DAY DESTINATION now recognized as Town Centre Amanora is located in the Eastern zone of
Pune & right at the Entrance of Amanora Park town .It is inaugurated on 18th August 2011 to serve the people in the sector
of Fun –Food- Entertainment.

We believe it will integrate the sensitivity of Indian Culture with the logic of western empiricism. The location
coupled with the climate allows for the traditional use of outdoor/Semi covered spaces. The atmosphere will be of a world
class international mall for modern India integrating the best aspects of Indian tradition & western Techniques.

In the June 2007 ,The project was started with the first Design challenge of selection of its Grid. After lot of Deliberation a 11m x 11 m grid was
finalized for this project which found very useful through out the Engineering-Procurement-Construction phases of project.

The common area Interior, Exterior & BOH area finishing
was completed in the month of Aug 2011 for EB1 & Dec 2011
for EB2 with as precisely as it was detailed by Sandeep Shikre
& Associate & core Team . Some fine-tuning & snagging was
completed in the month of August 2011 before EB1
Inauguration. EB2 work is still in progress & will be finish in
due course hand to hand with the battery limit of Tenant shop
front.
The project Team Experienced & Enjoyed the project of
this magnitude with changing design as well as changing the
decision making Team at site level.
It was great Experience to built the mall of this scale under
the leadership of Mr. Gadhok , Mr. Patkie & in Association
with Mr. Mehta, Mr. Thakurdesai, Mr. Bhore, Mr. Naik, & Dr.
Dubal from Neil soft & Mr. Chemburkar from BEBL.
Since every project is like a 4 x 4 Relay of handing over
Relay further we wish to express our key points & areas where
End users+ mall operating team should focus through out the
life cycle of its intended use.
*No puncture in PT slab as per Tendon layout as red marked.
* No barriers in 45 m Travel Dist. & Escape Route in Common
area as well as Tenant Area.

*No nails or hooks to Dome Fabric.
*Vigilant monitoring of IBMS & storm water flow.
* Water tightness of structure requires to be monitor in
design conformance phase.
