7 Weekly Practice Focuses For

ALL Guitar Players

Some may be familiar or even VERY familiar with these areas,
and that's great. BUT, what happens when we create focused
practices for these subjects? MASSIVE results! See, most
people's will, will only allow them to go so far when struggling.
Whether it's a threshold of pain, extreme hot or cold
temperatures, a certain weight or set reps at the gym, we have
"stopping" points. But are they REALLY our stopping point? Or
are they some plateau or mental block that makes us FEEL that
we can't get beyond them?

I have found for myself, that 99% of the time it's the latter. I have
used excuses to only go so far and those excuses have not
served me! That is EXACTLY what these practice focuses will
help undo in YOU too. See, we are imperfect beings who strive
for perfection...and that is good! But, we must strive for this
perfection with consistence and measurement. That is, we must
push beyond our comfort zones continuously AND measure our
progress. How will we know if we are getting better if we don't
have a way to measure or advance our progress?

Using the exercises in this PDF and the videos that I have
provided for you, you will now have a way to push those limits
through focused practice. By focusing on ONE key area a day,
just like in meditation, will allow ourselves to have one point of
focus, which will yield AMAZING outcomes.

SO, dig in, take your time and have fun with this. Frustrations may
occur. But just remember that those frustrations are literally proof
that you need MORE of this. Slow and steady wins the race!

How are you doing there my friend? Were these exercises
challenging? That's GREAT! The more challenging they were, the
more you need them and the greater gains you will see from
them. That's just how the brain/body/heart work. We NEED
challenges for growth. There just is no other way. SO, when
struggling, dig in and KNOW that we are pushing through comfort
zones and false boundaries.

YOU CAN DO THIS, IF you have the desire. Everything else is an


excuse and I KNOW that you are not one for excuses or you
would not have made it this far.
