Position: Academic Systems Support & Training (ASST) Facilitator

Remuneration:

 Basic Salary: P 16,000 – P 18,000 (depending on the qualifications and background)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or Professional Teaching or equivalent.


2. At least two (2) years of working experience in a classroom or training setting
3. Required skill set: competence and proficiency with business/professional English oral
delivery and written English correspondence.
4. Major in: Reading or English Language Arts, Early Childhood Education, Special Education
5. Proficient skills with MS Office software, internet search engines, and online/mobile
communication methods
6. Available for possible work travel and short-term deployment outside NCR.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the implementation of subscribed digital program/s in partner schools;


2. Generate and analyze data of program usage at various levels of partner schools;
3. Submit monitoring progress and evaluation reports to the ASST Coordinator, and other
higher-ups;
4. Conduct needed orientation and training programs for stakeholders of new and continuing
partner school subscribers;
5. Contribute and collaborate with the curriculum alignment, preparation of instructional
materials and any other related task mandated by the ASST Coordinator and/or Senior Manager
for Training and Quality
6. Conduct needed product and program presentations in support of the Sales Group of the
company;
7. Provide appropriate remote and on-site academic support, as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT related course or equivalent.


2. At least two (2) years of working experience in a technical environment or training setting
3. Required skill set: competence and proficiency with business/professional English oral
delivery and written English correspondence.
4. Evidence of the ability to perform technical related tasks including but not limited to, wired
and wireless network troubleshooting, software and hardware installation, firewall
configuration and management.
5. Proficient skills with MS Office software, internet search engines, and online/mobile
communication methods and configuration of devices.
6. Available for possible work travel and short-term deployment outside NCR.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the implementation of subscribed digital program/s in partner schools;


2. Analyze and profile the schools technical capability based on the available hardware and
software components of the school’s facilities;
3. Conduct product test runs and demonstrations with the coordination of the school’s IT/MIS
personnel and/or academic officials
3. Submit monitoring progress and evaluation reports to the Senior Manager for Training and
Quality;
4. Conduct needed orientation and training programs for stakeholders of new and continuing
partner school subscribers;
5. Conduct needed product and program presentations in support of the Sales Group of the
company;
6. Provide appropriate remote and on-site technical support, as needed.
