Bendanillo with Mr. Mahilum and their co-workers introduced themselves and asked our

Im very greatful to be part of CDRRMO family for ten days where I can enhance my skills and
give me more knowledge so that I can help those people who are in need, and also get socialized
to the new set of friend where we can be together until the last day.
DAY 2
Afternoon Session
The first ever activity that we had was Ambulance Handling with Sir Benjamin Paloma
and Sir Jeremy Gabuya. We had the demonstration at the city’s plaza and after that Kent,
Marinay ( our co-work immersion student from Consolatrix College) and Imilyn had there
round robin to visit and deliver the standees to the clean-up drive workers of Toledo.
My first ever lesson that I learned and in it, it’s very helpful because I already knew how to handle
the injured or non-injured person and how to properly load them to ambulance in gentle way.
DAY 3
Afternoon Session
In this day, we had our Mangrove planting at the Hinulawan River with the CDRRMO
Staffs specifically, Sir Mahilum, Maam Jonah and Sir Gabuya. After that, we went to the
public sea of Talavera to have our five minutes bath.
I’ve learned in this part how important the mangrove are and what are there uses to prevent the
flood. We will be honored to help plant more mangrove along the hinulawan river and inform
others why should we need to plant mangrove along the coastal area.

around Toledo City. After that, Ma’am Jonah had her discussion about our body’s
anatomy.

told to washed the car that we used in Mangrove planting.

Ma’am Jonah Bendanillo want us to go to Captain Cluadio along with sir Rizon and his
Co-worker to get an empty sack og cement and distribute to the workers of clean up drive
project.

The office was still busy and they were not able to entertain or have a discussion on us.
We ended the day with a wide smiles because we used the time having “chikas” to our
fellow work immersion students and had some jam.

Healthcare Provider BLS) the allowed us to performed by partner on what are the proper
way of giving a basic life support.

We had our bandaging and splinting with Sir Paloma and he taught us all about the
functions and techniques in doing these. After sir allowed us to performed the different
bandages individually
Im so thankful for the CDRRMO for discussing us on how to gave a basic life support on the
patience specially when the patience is unconscious. This lessons was aimed to extend the life
of the patience during accident.
DAY 8
Morning Session
Sir De Guzman ordered us to prepare the materials and also prepared the knots for the
rappelling and after that we immediately go beside the unity park to start the discussion.
Afternoon Session
Sir Kovie Marinay and Sir Pagdalian had their demonstration of the different types of Carry
or Lifting and with their guidance, we performed the basic types of lifting.
During disaster it’s better to prepare ourselves on what could be possibly would happen, so in
this lessons the lifting and moving of the patience is needed especially when he or she is injured
or unconscious to save him away from the disaster.
DAY 9
Morning Session
For this 9th day of our work immersion, Sir Cerwin and Ma’am Jonah talked about the
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Foreign Body Airway Obstruction
Afternoon Session
We had our CPR Evaluation and Ma’am Jonah invited Ma’am Merrilove to also evaluate
us.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is the very crucial part when saving one person’s life because
every seconds count. You as a rescuer you need to be careful because during CPR the proper
placing of hand and proper placing it is necessary, because if not its useless because you cannot
provide oxygen to his brain. The use of CPR is to give oxygen into to the brain in less than 10
seconds when patience no pulse no breathing.
DAY 10
Morning Session
We went to Ilihan to perform the descending of the sit hip rappel together with sir De
Guzman, Ma’am Merrilove, Nobi, and Sir Sherwin.

The whole research and planning management evaluate us to our final performance the

In this final performance the scenario if we successfully applied all our learnings even though
we feel very nervous but thank god we perform the different task that Ma’am Jonah want us to
do. On that day that is our last day of our immersion day all the happiness and moments will be
in my heart forever.
