1.1 History Of Bangsal Public Health Center

Hello friends this day our group made a visit to the Bangsal Public health
center. The Bangsal public health center has been established since 1950, is located at
puloniti street No. 1 Bangsal sub-district, Mojokerto regency. location of Bangsal
public health center is also very strategic in the provincial highway that is often
bypassed for toward pasuruan, malang or to the other cities. Bangsal public health
center is also located not far from the SPN. If viewed from the northern of Bangsal
PHC borders with Mojoanyar sub-district and when viewed from the south of Bangsal
PHC borders with Kutorejo subdistrict. Bangsal PHC in 2018 was awarded by the
National Health Departement as TOP 99 public service innovation because the
innovation program featured owned by Bangsal PHC.

2.1 Visson and mission Of Bangsal Public Health Center

 UPT Bangsal public health center has a vision "the establishment of an
independent Bangsal district community, prosperity and dignity, through the
strengthening and development of the economic base, education and health" and
mission "1. Encouraging healthy living community independence 2. Maintaining and
improving health care quality, equitable and affordable 3. Enhancing efforts to control
the disease and prevention of health problems 4. Improve the human resources on an
ongoing basis "

3.1 Staff and Structure Organisation Of Bngsal Public Health Center

head of this Bangsal public health center is dr. Ninis utami, she supervises 29
staff of public health centers from various professions such as nurses, midwives,
pharmacists, and dentis. At the flagship innovation program "gemar bertasbih" dr.
This Ninis served as adviser and the person in charge of the program, chaired by dr.
Deny Setiawan.

4.1 Facilities Of Bangsal Public Health Center

Facilities owned by the Bangsal PHC is also very complete and comfortable
for all ages both children, the elderly, and pregnant women. The public health center
has a play area for children and also an examination room for kids in the KIA room
that attract enough children because colour with animals sticker that favored by
 children. And has a waiting room before entering the examination room that is
comfortable and does not heat as well as a spacious waiting area, so that visitors or
patients who come can wait comfortably in the waiting room that also equipped with a
television so as not to get bored. Bangsal PHC is also have floor plan, so the visitors
can easyly to find the room. And equipped with evacuation path as a condition for
safe buildings against disasters to facilitate the visitors out of the public health centers
or evacuation during disaster. This public health center also has a large parking area
and no heat because there are some trees that shade. And, equally important, Bangsal
public health center also have ambulances, meeting room, inpatient, space Promkes,
counseling rooms, sanitation room, vaccines room, laboratory space, IGD, space
pharmaceutical, lactation room, examination room specially elderly and mosque ,
This ward PHC also has a large parking area, and no heat because there are some trees
that shade.

5.1 Service Of Bangsal Public Health Center

Not only have complete facilities and a comfortable place, bangsal public
health centers have friendly services and also some of the services featured
innovations that can not find in other public health centers. The Service at this public
health center there are KB planning and KIA, elderly care, dental poly, ensure a
common disease, laboratory tests, childbirth and hospitalization services. And there
are some services that are rarely found in other public health centers include
counseling and therapy services akupressur.
