Training, Development and Exposure is simply defined as the formal, ongoing efforts that are
made within an organization to improve the performance of a certain student organization.
It can also be described as an educational process which involves the sharpening of skills,

concepts, changing to positive attitude, wisdom to enhance the performance of the students.

The Training, Development and Exposure improves the manpower competence in order to create
a competitive student body resulting to organizational success. This also means for student

to the student leaders it can enhance their leadership skills, personal development and social
interaction to the different student organizations.

Through this Training, Development and Exposure it helps in understanding and carrying out

Student Key Concern 5 Aside from academics, Health and Well-being is one of the most significant aspect in the life of
