MYRNA GELOMINA ESPORTONO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Brgy. Handumanan, Bacolod City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in
my name, place and stead, to do and perform any and all of the foregoing acts and things,
namely:

1. To represent, receive/claim any documents from CENECO, particularly for

the connections of electrical lines to our house in Hda. Mansiguinon;

2. To make, sign and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents which may
be necessary for the processing of the CENECO service line connection;

3. To represent and transact official business with the CENECO.
