EDGE REWARDS Offer

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall be applicable to the Customer (as defined hereinafter)
participating in the Offer who agrees to be bound by the same and shall regulate the provisions of the
specified products and services provided by the Axis Bank through the Mobile Banking channel . Any
Customer participating in the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these
terms and conditions and these Terms shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other applicable
terms and conditions of any account or any other facility/services Offered by the Bank and/or such
other terms and conditions as may be specified by the Bank. These Terms are in addition to and not
in derogation with following terms and conditions and such other terms and conditions as may be
specified by Axis Bank from time to time –

Definitions:
The following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out herein below in this document
unless repugnant to the context:

“Customer" shall mean Axis Bank customers who are eligible for the Axis Bank Service(s) and is
eligible for EDGE REWARDS program.

"Offer" shall mean, that EDGE REWARDS customers will:

Redeem only 1 EDGE REWARD point and get BookMyShow e-Voucher worth Rs.100. This offer is
exclusively for the customers who have received the communication.

Offer Period: Offer validity date 08/01/2020 from 11:00 AM till 11.59 PM or till stock last

Eligibility Criteria:
The customer can redeem BookMyShow e-Voucher worth Rs.100 during the offer period and should
have more than 500 point balance. It is a limited stock offer and subject to stock availability. Offer is
valid for one customer, one brand & one e-Voucher during the offer period.

Terms of Offer:

1. This Offer can be availed on the offer date 08/01/2020 from 11:00 AM till 11.59 PM or
till stock last

2. This Offer is only for EDGE REWARDS customers who have received the offer
communication.
3. During redemption, 500 points will be debited from your EDGE REWARDS and 499 points
will be credited to your EDGE REWARDS account within 15 working days, post
redemption and only for the redemption of BookMyShow e-Voucher worth Rs.100, done
by the customer.

4. Customer would need minimum 300 points to be eligible to redeem any product or
services on the program and a minimum 500 points to be eligible to redeem the OnlyOne
Festive offer

5. This offer is exclusively for First time redeemer on EDGE Rewards program

6. However, if a customer redeems multiple Only One e-Vouchers worth Rs.100 during the
offer period, he will be eligible for only 1 Only One e-voucher

E.g.: If a customer redeems 5 instant e-Vouchers worth Rs. 100 during the Offer
period, the customer will receive 499 points back for the first instant e-Voucher worth
Rs.100. However, for the remaining 4 e-Vouchers, 500 points per e-Voucher would be
deducted from the customer’s total point balance

7. The e-Voucher will be delivered to your bank registered e-mail ID, instantly. In case of
unforeseen situations it will be delivered maximum within 24 hours.

8. This is a limited stock offer on Book my show e-Voucher worth Rs.100.Instant e-Voucher
is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

9. The only one offer of BookMyShow e-Voucher worth Rs.100 using 1 EDGE REWARD point
can be redeemed on edgerewards.axisbank.co.in, through Internet Banking on Axis Bank
website or through Axis Bank Mobile App.

10. This offer is NOT available for redemption at the Axis Bank – Contact Centre

11. The Offer is available only on BookMyShow e-Voucher worth Rs.100-Vouchers (till stocks
last). Redemption of any other product or e-voucher does not come under the purview of
this Offer

12. Customer is entitled to avail the 499 points back offer on BookMyShow Rs. 100 e-voucher
as part of the Only One festive offer

13. Under this offer, BookMyShow e-Voucher worth Rs.100 once redeemed, cannot be
cancelled.

14. In all matters relating to the Offer and these terms & conditions, the decision taken by
Axis Bank will be the final decision, which will be binding on the Customer.

15. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer.

16. Axis Bank, at its discretion, can withdraw/cancel/alter the terms of this Offer, before the
expiry of Offer period without any prior notice or communication to Customers.

17. Terms and conditions of the Offer are subject to change without any prior notice or
intimation to the Customer.
18. EDGE REWARDS point’s credit to the successful Customer will be governed by the “Axis
EDGE REWARDS terms & conditions”.

19. The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the
participation by the Customer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.

20. Axis Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the Offer is not configured or could not
be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line,
computer on-line system, servers or providers, mobile handset, computer equipment,
software, or website. Customer cannot claim any loss, cost or damages from Axis Bank
which may arise due to these technical reasons.

21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai
shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes with respect to all the
subject matter with relation to the Offer.

22. These Terms and Conditions and an arrangement herein shall be subject to applicable RBI
guidelines issued from time to time and prevailing law and regulations.

23. Axis Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions
contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior
intimation/notice whatsoever. Axis Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the
Contest/Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
Axis Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury
that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or
discontinuation of it.

25. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on products/services for which such
Offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.

26. Any Customer taking the advantage of this Offer shall be deemed to have read,
understood and accepted these Terms.

27. Axis Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Customer from the benefits of the Offer if
any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the
benefits under the Offer.

28. Customer/s whose account has been classified as delinquent before or during the
currency of the offer period will not be eligible for the benefits of the offer. Bank’s
discretion in this regard shall be final.

29. This Offer is subject to applicable law and regulations and would be modified /
discontinued based on the prevailing law / regulation at any point of time and neither
party shall be under any liability or obligation or continue implementation of the said
Campaign/Offer till such time the terms are modified by the Parties as per the prevailing/
amended law at that point of time. In the event, that the Offer cannot be continued
without total compliance of the prevailing law at any point of time, this Offer shall be
deemed to be terminated forthwith from the date when the amended law restricting /
prohibiting the Offer comes into force.
