A-Assistance Services:

1) Assistance in preparation of estimates for extra claims of Buffer Vessels and PRMS (Pkg-075B)
engineered from Bhilai.
2) Assistance in Preparation of estimates for the Additional Engineering workstation for Buffer
Vessels and PRMS (Pkg-075B).

B-Design & Engineering activities:

Approval of drawings/datasheet for Buffer Vessels and PRMS (Pkg-075B) engineered from Bhilai &
preparation of drawings/sketch as per site condition for water supply packages ( Pkg-078A,077-01A
& 077-02A.

C- Designer supervision:

Providing designer supervision by solving site related problems by issuing the sketches/drawings or
signing the site modification sketches for the Buffer Vessels and PRMS (Pkg-075B) engineered from
Bhilai and water supply packages 078A,077-01A and 077-02A engineered from Ranchi.

D- Inspection Activity
Inspection of mechanical items e.g. valves , pumps , thickener, diesel engine etc .

E- Participation in Arbitration
Actively involved in the preparation of statement of deference , statement of counter claim and
appearing before the tribunal for the recording of statement in SAIL Vs JSC Cryogenmash arbitration
case.

F- Procurement activities
1)Preparation of Technical Specification for Horizontal and Vertical Centrifugal pumps directly
ordered by BSP for BSP-7.0 MT Expansion water supply packages.

2) Technical Evacuation of offers for Horizontal and Vertical Centrifugal pumps directly ordered by
BSP for BSP-7.0 MT Expansion water supply packages.

G- Technical Coordination
Technical coordination and attending the review meetings with BSP for the following BSP 7.0 MT
packages;
i) Buffer Vessels and PRMS (Pkg-075B)
ii) Balance work for External Water System for SMS-III (Pkg-077-01A).
iii) Balance work for external water system for mills and fire fighting pump house.
iv) Balance work for Make-up and Drinking Water system.
v)Drinking water system for SMS_III (Pkg-127A1).
vi) De-watering system for BOF and CCP (Pkg-127-A2).
