D. GENERALIZATION

Going back to the terms or words you used to “Yes, Ma’am”

describe a father, the words are somehow
connected or gives essence to the story, right?

Now, scan your books to pages 112 – 118.

Who do you think is the author of the story? Why? “The author of the story is the small boy, because
of the personal pronoun “I” was used in the short
story.”

In a few lines away from the story how can you say “He is a caring father because he manages to be
that he still cares to his family even though he away from his family just to serve them a good
stayed away for weeks? food to dig in even if it happened just once still I
have to acknowledge his simple act of kindness.”

Now, in what way or how can you say that he loves “He loves his family because if he doesn’t he will
his family and he is dedicated to them even though never make an effort to give them a food to eat and
it was lightly recognizable in the story? if he doesn’t, he will never recognize them as their
home.”

About the word “hero”? I mentioned it a while “He is a hero, because when times get rough he is
back, right? Relating it to your father, how can you the stronghold of the family.
say that he is a hero?

“You can’t also hide to yourself the negativities

about your father just like how the author who
always have to second guess on the doings of his
father.”

The ending of the story was great, because he

discovered the feeling of closeness to his father
when it hit the time wherein he caught the heavy
face of his father, and for the first time he took
acknowledgement of his father through the things
that made him irritated. He laughed softly and said
“I laughed knowing that I would never again be
wanting another father.” It ended well, because
they developed their close family ties.
