How to upload Bank / PAN Documents

 Please log in to the site - http://newbankpan.veston.in/

 Enter your Distributor ID & Password

For uploading PAN card/Bank details:

 Fill in the complete PAN Card Details, ie PAN Card Number and Date of Birth or bank details i.e.
IFSC Code (bank name & branch details will pop up automatically) and account number.
 Please ensure correct details are entered and there are no typing errors.

 Crop and resize the PAN card or bank statement/bank passbook/cancelled cheque image by
using the following steps:

 Right click on the bank/PAN document’s image and go to “Open with -> Microsoft Office
2010”.
 Once opened, click on “Auto Correct”, then “Edit Pictures” and finally, click on “Crop”
which can be found on the right hand pane (all are marked in the screenshot).

 When you click on “Crop”, all corners get selected by a dark line. Move your cursor on
that line and resize images as per your requirement, then click “OK” to remove the
unwanted area.
  After the image has been cropped, click on “Edit Pictures” and then click “Resize” on the
right side. Enter “Custom width x height” for the images (800 x 500 for bank documents,
500 x 400 for PAN), then click “OK”.

 After resizing, upload the image by clicking on "Choose File". When uploading bank details,
please ensure that bank name, account holder's name, account number & IFSC Code is printed
on the document.

 Click on "Save PAN"/ “Save Bank”.

Please Note:
 When uploading your PAN details/bank details, it will be verified in the next three working days
and you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number with information of successful
verification/rejection.

 If you are uploading your PAN Details from 01st to 27th of a month and it is verified successfully,
the TDS calculation will be effective from the same month.

 If you are uploading your PAN Details from 28th to the last day of the month and it is verified
successfully, the TDS calculation will be effective from the next month.

 If you are uploading your bank details from 01st to 27th of a month and it has been verified
successfully and you are eligible for Bonus, it will be paid into your bank account in the same
month.

 If you are uploading your bank details from 28th to the last day of the month and it has been
verified successfully and you are eligible for Bonus, it will be paid into your bank account from
next month.
