2. Consumers Energy (Michigan, USA). Jan 2017 – May 2019

About Client:
Consumers Energy is an IS-U based project that provides Electricity Service to 1.8 million customers &
Natural Gas service to 1.7 million customers in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. Although it is a SAP based
project but also comprises of other technologies as well. Few of them are Redwood, .NET, Site core,
SharePoint, ESB (Tibco), BI, SAP HANA, ISU billing, and BizTalk etc.
From PO point of view, it has about 700+ live interfaces in Production Environment.

Responsibilities:-
1) Day to Day Interface & Performance Monitoring,
2) Message, Channel & Alert Monitoring
3) Resolution of tickets based on predefined standards
4) System Sanity Check in PI & ECC
5) Minor Development & Enhancement approved by Change Approval Board

About Client:
Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) is India's flagship national oil company with business interests straddling
the entire hydrocarbon value chain - from refining, pipeline transportation and marketing of petroleum
products to exploration & production of crude oil & gas, marketing of natural gas and petrochemicals.
It was a EWM support & maintenance project. In this project PO system is responsible for all the
communication between ECC/YAS (Yard Automation System)/EWM/Database.
From technical point of view this project was consists of 8 live interfaces in Production system mainly
JDBC/SOAP/Proxy.

Responsibilities:-
1) Interface/Channel Monitoring,
2) Java Lock & Performance Monitoring
3) Accepting & Working on High Priority tickets
4) PO health check to enhance functionality.
5) Enhancement/minor Development based on client requirement.

About Client:
Incorporated in 1998, IGL took over Delhi City Gas Distribution Project in 1999 from GAIL (India)
Limited. The project was started to lay the network for the distribution of natural gas in the National
Capital Territory of Delhi to consumers in the domestic, transport, and commercial sectors. The
transport sector uses natural gas as Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), the domestic and
commercial sectors use it as Piped Natural Gas (PNG) and R-LNG is being supplied to industrial
establishments.

This was a Development & Support project with many integration challenges.
