SWORN STATEMENT

I, Maria Magdalena M. Tupalar, Filipino, designated as Accountant of CBC

Properties and Computer Center Incorporated, with business address at 8745 Paseo
de Roxas corner Villar St., Makati City, do hereby certify the following:

1. That, CBC Properties and Computer Center Incorporated with business

address at 8745 Paseo de Roxas corner Villar St., Makati City, s a duly
registered entity under the laws of the Philippines.

2. That the abovementioned entity shall use loose leaf books of accounts,
consisting of journal vouchers, check vouchers, general journals and general
ledgers to record its financial transactions for the calendar year, which shall
be pre-numbered and serially numbered;

3. That at the close of each calendar year or upon termination of the use of the
pre-numbered loose leaf books of accounts, specifically the GENERAL
LEDGER, but not later than fifteen days after the closing of the books of
accounts, the loose leaf forms or GENERAL LEDGER, authorized to be used
will be permanently bound, serially numbered and a certificate under oath as
to the correctness of the entries and the number of all loose leaves used for
the period covered shall be made and submitted to the Revenue District No.
50, South Makati, for authentication;

4. That all books of accounts and other accounting records of the above-
mentioned entity, as well as, the loose leaf forms authorized to be used shall
be preserved intact, unaltered and unmutilated for a period of ten (10) years
in the same manner as in the case of our other principal books of accounts;

5. That in case of violations of Section 232 of the National Internal Revenue

Code (NIRC) as amended by Republic Act (RA) No. 10963 and in relation to
RA No. 11032, the above-mentioned entity would voluntarily pay or comply
with the sanctions provided under existing laws, rules and regulations.

I declare, under the penalties of perjury, that the foregoing attestations are true
and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
