BRIEFING REPORT

As we all know that it has been a year since the operations of Ozhouse house clean had started. After a
year the company has reviewed the business performance indicators in the plan and now it has been
observed that a number of residential customers no longer use the services due to lack of satisfaction .
Also the quality of service provided and level of cleanliness and attention to detail has been decreased.

To tackle this problem we decided to conduct meeting with the cleaning contractors to deeply
investigate the situation and in the meeting the cleaning contractor was asked about the problems and
the possible solution for the problems encountered.

PROBLEMS FACED BY CUSTOMERS

Cleaning is not done properly near the microwave areas and also near the fridge areas. The level of
performance was expected much good at these areas but results are not satisfied .

The contractor was asked about this issue, to which he replied in a very efficient manner and
communication was also very good in the meeting.

The contractor told in the meeting that he underwent the surgery near his stomach area and was not
able to bend properly and perform his duties well and felt sorry for the same. Also he showed his
medical reports to the operation manger.

SOLUTION

The management team agreed on a solution that they will give temporary duty to some other person
until the contract cleaner get well soon.
