Sadaqat) as well as our HOD (Sir Junaid) who gave me the golden
opportunity to do this wonderful project on the topic (Sports Complex),
which also helped me in doing a lot of Research and I came to know about
so many new things I am really thankful to them.

 Abstract

Elite’ sports complex is the software that will help the management team of a
sports complex to ease their life. In order to save the data of the member and
also the data of admins and operators. This software will help them to
complete all the billing process and the fee burden with just few click and with
ease.
Our software does not require any experience in order to use the
system and in order to work efficiently. With just 45 min of our tutorial will
teach them everything they need to know. We have also the rules and
regulation form that will let the members and admins know the limits and
constraints of the software. Our software also allow the worker to admin and
operators to update the members form if he/she wants to change something of
their member form. The software allow the admin to change the name of the
operators and also delete/update the members. With just few changes our
software can be changed into any-other system or for any-other organization.
The software is all about easing the life of people because the register system
is obsolete. Our elites helpline is always available for the users and for the
admins if they need anything or want to change anything or if they lost their
passwords. We will visit there personally and will make that particular
problem go away.

Introduction

Elite sports Complex is a sports management system which encompasses all the aspects of
a sports club. The work that has to be done manually will be easily done on a PC with the
help of Elite Sports Complex Software. The main purpose of the software system is to
maintain the records of all the personalities related to that club.

• Main properties

Elite sports complex has the ability to perform and record all the fee related transactions.
Following are the attention seeker properties in the software:
• Operator Management
• Club Member Management
• Sports Management
• Fee Management
• Prints/Receipts

1.1.1 Operator Management

System has the ability to save the records of all the operators that will interact with the
system. Their basic information will be stored in the database which will be only accessible
by the Admin only.

1.1.2 Club Member Management

This software can handle the members that visit to the club. Can track the records of their
dues left and save necessary records in the system database. System could keep the record
of the members participated in different kinds of tournaments organized by the club.

1.1.3 Sports Management

System could keep the record of all the available sports, their respective fee and number of
people in each game.

1.1.4 Fee Management

System allows the club members to identify their due fee and can pay the amount they are
suited to pay. They even get a receipt mentioning the amount due, and paid fee.

Existing Systems

The sports club that is demanding a software is currently handling their basic
needs with the help of manual system. All their record is handled manually with
the help of conventional tools like registers and records etc.

The existing system has following drawbacks:

• Data redundancy
• Loss of data
• No data recovery
• Data inconsistency
• Data integrity
• Data security
• Data duplication
• Maximum human effort
In the existing system most of the effort or we can say all of the effort was done
by the clerk or manager they hired to maintain record which can result int the
above mentioned problems.

Proposed Work

The proposed system is a desktop based (stand-alone) application that can make the work
easier and efficient. The proposed system has following core features:
• Core Features
1. User of the system can easily add, delete, update, view all the operators of the system by
just a distance of few clicks.

2. System user can also make an overlook at the available sports and have a rough guess
of the ratio of people in each game.

3. User of the system can easily find that how much fee of a certain person is due by
simply inputting hid ID. Also receive the fee and save the record.

4. Print receipt of the fee paid can easily be generated by simply clicking on the print
receipt button.

Conclusion and Future Work

5.1 Conclusion

Elite sports complex is the modern software that will provide a complete package to
manage any of the sports club. All the record which previously needed to handle by the use
of register and paper would be transferred on the computer saving a lot of time and effort.
It will also have all the features necessary in the modern era like data security and data
recovery etc.

5.2 Future Work

We cannot say that the software developed by us is complete in all aspects. There is always
some space for improvement. Our future work will be:
• System should update fee of every member of the club automatically at the end
of every month.
• A section of tournament will also be introduced in the software which will
further provide more assistance in the working and management of the club.
