My name is Hafizatul Aini, I graduated from the Poltekkes Kemenkes Riau in

2019. From Riau I continued my education in Semarang with the aim of becoming a
prospective professional nurse in the future. Journey to the Semarang is not an easy
thing for me because a lot of consideration. Quite a lot of obstacles and drama before
I turned Semarang but with my togetherness with friends get through it. Before
continuing professional nurses many stories I get from every department in the
hospital.

Before we get down to the hospital we had to pass a test conducted in the
laboratory practices. Confusion is the situation when my practice because action must
be acquainted with the tools of the real action. Memorize and visualize each
operational standard procedure that will be examinend and waiting their turn to go
forward is an incredible feeling. As from the stage so that i can get to this stage with
the hard work and true commitment.

The first official experience of the application of the 6 semester is the 1st
PKK (KDM I and II). I started in early 2018 at the District General Hospital Arifin
Achmad Pekanbaru. Beginning with a speech by professors, following PCI
(Prevention and Control of Infection) and the introduction of wards as well as get
acquainted with the nurse room. Each room has individual rules in order for our
discipline but, if the rules are violated we will get the appropriate punishment early
agreement. The lesson that I got at the beginning of service is slightly different to
apply theory to practice in the hospital, courage, and if we did not know then ask the
nurse room.

The first Department I get a room dahlia in 3rd class, one of the wards
occupied and feared by students. Yes, that is the feeling that I experienced from the
initial entry door, the number of patients who never quiet, calls from patients, not to
mention the need to help the patient to the operation room every day and others. My
routine on the first duty is to complete the basic needs of patients. After the service, I
did not immediately break just because the task of reporting and nursing care has
been waiting to be done. Once and for completing a task usually we will be guided
either on campus or faculty supervisor of the hospital.

Furthermore the 2nd PKK (Application KMB I) I was in the same hospital but
in a different room. From previous experience I learned a lot and a lot to experience
one of his patients how to deal with the patient. The nurse really helped me during
my proceeds in the hospital. Joy and sorrow I feel yet memorable experience that is
assisting the family at the terminal stage, because this is the first experience for me I
feel not ready, but at this point I learned how to nurse to face of such events. I started
to strengthen child patients whose age is approximately equal to me slowly began to
calm down.

From practice in Riau we went to Bukittinggi, West Sumatra Achmad

Mochtar Hospital to continue the service, namely the 3rd PKK (Application KMB II)
and 4th PKK (Application Maternity Nursing). Initially the language adaptation that
makes me scared in because there minang major language beside, the office hours are
a little different. We stayed around the hospital to walk approximately 5 minutes in
because had to go up and down stairs. The most memorable experience that is the
first time to see the process cessar and normal childbirth, directly in my head is my
parents who are willing to do anything for the sake of my life. The passage of time
and the guidance of hospital nurses and friends finally PKK passes with fun and
unforgettable.

At the 5th PKK (Application of nursing Children) I returned to Riau, serving

in the hospital earlier that the Regional General Hospital Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru.
Every day I take care and meet patient sick child, it feels sad because I have a sister
who is almost the same age. This is where we show our empathy as a nurse to bring
happiness to every child, I learned how to deal with children and encourage them.
After I practice on the ward I have roll to the other ward, but it was very
overwhelmed was a figure of a child that I met called me and he remembered me and
asked how I was because we had not met.

Does not feel 6th semester has been completed, we finally get a semester break
around 2 weeks. After the holidays we immediately proceed to the 7th semester
begins learning in the classroom with the course management of HIV / AIDS. Not
long after that, we continue the 6th PKK (Application Psychiatric Nursing) at the
Mental Hospital Prof. HB Sa'anin Padang, West Sumatra. There we live in girl’s
dorm for 3 weeks with cold and rainy weather. Not infrequently we passed the flood
in the time away or return services while using a common umbrella, really funny if in
the recall. Many lesson during the mental nursing practice that I got. That the
importance of maintaining mental health must be take of care.

Furthermore 7th PKK (Application Family Nursing) and 8th PKK (Application
of Community Nursing) in the working area health centers Pekanbaru. Here we went
down to the community closer to home providing nursing care. Socialize and mingle
with the community is considerable experience because we fell in urban areas though
have the joy and sorrow. It is so happy to know the family more closely and follow
the activities there, I got a sense of family will always remember me.

At the 9th PKK (Application Emergency Nursing) impression I get here is

very exciting because I can see the patient to be in operation until refunded chamber
maintainability. Valuable experience that I can know the room is OR and nurse is
very friendly to us. The OR different from the treatment room for which I get, the
shorter time with patients. The role of nurses in the OR very important before surgery
until after the surgery is completed. Then I moved in the ICU to treat patients with
serious conditions, and I learned what it meant there willingly.

10th the Last PKK. (Nursing Management Application) here we learn how to
run the position of the head of the room, head nurse and the team every day. It's fun
to switch roles and play in front of a senior nurse despite my sometimes nervous.
Tutoring is done lecturers and tutors hospital made me want to continue to learn and
give the best for the management of the room. Many of the lessons I will never be
able to if I was not here. Thanks to God, parents, teachers, mentors and friends
hospital without all of these I would not be up at this point, in to this professional
nurses.
