AFFIDAVIT OF CO-OWNERSHIP

I, GRACE E. SOLIS, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen and

resident of Brgy. Mulawin, Tanza, Cavite, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state: `

That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land located at

Brgy. Mulawin (Sanja Mayor), Tanza, Cavite covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 057-2013037641 with an area of ONE
THOUSAND (1,000) square meters;

That I have possessed and actually filled and cultivated the

above parcel of land since 2013;

That the land is free from any adverse claim and conflict and not
yet been declared for taxation;

That I am giving consent to ANA ESTEYBAR BICOL to use the

aforesaid property for the application in MERALCO;

That I am executing this statement to attest to all the above

facts, and to whatever legal purpose it may serve.
