AFFIDAVIT OF SELLER
I, ZACARIAS B. NAVA, Filipino, of legal age, widower, and a resident of
Brgy. Ayugan, Ocampo, Camarines Sur, do hereby, under oath, states that:

1. I, together with my Mario B. Holgado, Alfredo B. Holgado, Irene H. Sotalbo,

Lourdes H. Ylagan, Edgardo B. Holgado, Nenita H. Olaez, Gloria H. Atienza
and Francisco B. Holgado are the previous owners of a parcel of land
hereunder described:

A parcel of land designated as Lot 1 of plan, Pcs-05-002489,

situtated at Brgy. Guinaban, Ocampo, Camarines Sur. Bounded on
the North by property of Nicasio Losa; on the East by Lot 4, Pcs-05-
002489 Existing Road (10.00 m. wide); on the South by Lot 2, Pcs-
05-002489; on the West by Public land. Containing an area of
SIXTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY (16, 220)
sq.m. Embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 50360 under Tax
Declaration No. 97-009-0159 all in the name of Rolando B. Holgado
et. al.

2. On February 21, 2018, I, for myself and in representation of my other co-

owners of the above-described lot, sold the same to MR. JOVENAL ABNER
ARCAS, likewise a Filipino, of legal age, married to Edwina Sumpay-Arcas,
and a resident of La Purisima St., Brgy. Poblacion Central, Ocampo,
Camarines Sur, in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,
000.00) only. Said sale was recorded in the notarial register of Atty. Ronaldo
F. Imperial as Document No. 382, Page No. 78, Book No. 1, Series of 2018;

3. Said sale was voluntarily executed by me uninfluenced by no one, and that

nobody coerced me nor was I under duress when I sold the said lot;

4. I am executing this Affidavit merely to show and attest to the fact above
stated and for any legal purpose it may serve.
