DEED OF DONATION INTER VIVOS

(PARCEL OF LAND)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this DEED OF DONATION, made and entered into by and between: ARNOLD DELA
CUESTA, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married, and a resident Brgy. Granada, Bacolod City,
Negros Occidental, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR, and CRIS DELA CUESTA,
single, of legal age, and a resident of Brgy. Stefania Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines,
hereinafter referred to as the DONEE.

-WITNESSETH-

That the DONOR is the owner of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Granada Bacolod City,
Negros Occidental, Philippines and described as follows:

“A parcel of land with TCT no. 91345 in the name of Arnold Dela Cuesta., situated in
Block 5 Lot 21 Phase 1 Charito Heights Bgy. Granada Bacolod City, Negros Occidental,
Philippines containing an area of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SQUARE METERS (120 sq.m.)”

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR have for his
child, the DONEE, the said DONOR hereby TRANSFERS, GIVES, and CONVEYS unto the DONEE,
assigns the property above-described, including all improvements found thereon, free from all
liens and encumbrances and charges of whatsoever nature;

That the DONOR hereby states, for the purpose of giving full effect and validity to this
donation, that he has reserved for himself sufficient property, in full ownership, which is
necessary and adequate for his support in consonance with his standing in society;

That the DONOR further states that this donation is not made with the object of
defrauding his creditors, having reserved to himself sufficient property to answer for his debts
contracted prior to this date;

ACCEPTANCE

That the DONEE hereby accepts this donation and hereby expresses his gratitude for the
kindness and liberality of the DONOR, his beloved FATHER;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and DONEE have hereunto set their hands on this
9th day of January 2020, at Bacolod City Philippines.
