I am an adult Indian male of Maseru and applicant in this matter.

Respondent is a formal employee at my business situated at Maseru.

The facts related herein are to the best of my ability true and correct unless the context
indicates otherwise.

The application for rescission is hereby filled late in terms of the regulations of
directorate due to the following reasons:

4.1 Please accept this formals of Relebohile sephula turned out to be rogue pulroining
expensive objects and materials from our retail outlet. On this basis consumed time for
adjoining all the documents and materials for his pilfered objects to place in the court. As
was quite time consuming so couldnt respond to the court notice on the perspective
timings.
4.2 I as an employer (aftab sheth) disnt expell Relebohile sephula from his placement
(position /job) , ( the resignation letter of Relebohile sephula proves above mentioned
line). The attested matter of Relebohile sephula was seized open handed pulroining
expensive accessories and materials from our retail outlet. He pleaded not to expell him
from his position (job) in our workshop, on his pleadings we adviced him to conduct for a
polic guaranteed letter on which Relebohile sephula wouldnt replicate the same mistake
again. Your honor Relebohile sephula never since then showed up his face. If really
Relebohile sephula didnt pulroin then the question is why didnt he have the courage to
get the police guarantee letter but as he was assured that the amount of the pilfered
objects was considerably high and he will be asked to pay back and so he resigned from

on him.
4.5 The cause of Relebohile sephula resigned from our workshop is , caught open handed

leave his placement. Upto all these matters come to the point is , i want all my payments
