Q.3 If a recruiter needs to identify the expertise of a candidate via chat/email, how do you do that?

Ans: I see your profile is matching to the requirement what we have with one of our esteemed direct
client and I am quite curious to know about your skills, so could you please confirm do you have
experience in selenium/angular etc. If yes, how good hold you have on this?

1. Do you have in-depth knowledge on selenium?

2. What do you know about the following technologies?

4. Cloud technologies?

Q.4 If a candidate shows the interest in the Job, but he is concerned about the pay rate in the initial
chat? So how would you respond to this question, as a Recruiter?

Ans: Pay rate is not a constraint to our potential candidates and we can discuss on that, but it is very
essential to understand your expertise/skills to present your profile to our direct client to get the
positive response shortly.

Ans: Pay rate is feasible for this position i.e. $60 per hour on W2 without benefits, but we can talk about
it more and wanted to have a word with you to understand the requirement clearly first to proceed
further.

Ans: Pay rate is negotiable. Please let me know your best time to talk to you over the phone
Q.5 Where are you based?

Ans: We are located at US <Location Address> and offshore office is situated in India and I am a part of
offshore division.
