This AGREEMENT made end and entered into this ___th of _______ 2019

PERFECTA CABREROS MACARAEG, of legal age, married to Joy P. Macaraeg,

filipino and resident of Brgy. Macayo, Alcala, Pangasinan;

MERLITA CABREROS TUGAS, of legal age, married to Edgardo G. Tugas, Filipimo

and resident of Brgy. San Pedro Ili, Alcala, Pangasinan;

FLORA CABREROS DACENA of legal age, married to Allan Dacena, Filipino and
resident of Conception, Plaridel, Quezon Province;

TOMAS R. CABREROS, married to Gina Jose, of legal age, Filipino Citizen and
resident of Brgy. Macayo, Alcala, Pangasinan and;

MARIA RAYRAY CABREROS, of legal, widow, Filipino and resident of Brgy.

Macayo, Alcala, Pangasinan;
Witnesseth that;

WHEREAS, we are the sole heirs of the deceased MATEO CABREROS who died on
August 29, 2019 at Urdaneta City, Pangasinan copy of death certificate is hereto attached as
Annex “A”;

WHEREAS, Mateo Cabreros died intestate or wothout a will or Testament, and without
any outsatanding debts in favor of any persons or entity;

WHEREAS, Mateo Cabreros is the absolute and registered owner of the parcel of land
located at Brgy. Amamperez, Villasis, Pangasinan and more paticularly described as follows;

LOT 1. TCT NO. 131284

A parcel of land (Lot 6353-D) situated at Barangay Amamperez, Municipality of

Villasis, Province of Pangasinan bounded on the N by lot pts. 2-3 by Lot 4812 of the Villasis
Cadastrel; on the NE., points 3 to 4 by 6353-C; on the S., points 4-1 by lot 4816; on the
SW., points 1- by lot 6345;... containing an area of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
THIRTY FOUR SQUARE METERS (3,534 sq.m.) under Tax Declaration No. 44-0006-
00079;
Lot 2. TCT No. 65918

A parcel of land (Lot 6353-C, of the subd. Plan (LRC) Psd-67601, being a portion of
of Lot 6353, Villasis Cadastre, LRC Cad. Rec. No. 30) situated on Barangay Amamperex,
Municipality of Villasis, Province of Pangasinan bounded on the N., points 2 to 3 by lot
4812, and points 3 to 4 by lot 4813, both of Villasis Cad., on the NE., points 4 to 5 by lot
6353-D of the subd. Plan; on the SE., points 5 to 6 by lot 4818, and points 6 to 1, by 6356,
Lot 6357 and Lot 6358, all of Villasis cad; and on SW., points 1 to 2 by lot 6353-D, of the
subd. Plan containing an area of SEVEN THOUSAND AND SIXTY EIGHT SQUARE
METERS (7,068) under Tax Declaration NO. 44-0006-00080;

A parcel of land (Lot 4872-C) situated at Barangay Amamperez, Municipality of

Villasis, Province of Pangasinan bounded on the NE by lot 4872-B of the Villasis
Cadastrel; on the SW. By Lot 4872-D; on the S., by lots 4903 & 4904; and on the NW., by
lot 4823;... containing an area of SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTEEN and
75/100 SQUARE METERS (6,815.75 sq.m.) under Tax Declaration No. 44-006-00109;

WHEREAS, pursuantm to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules od Court of the
Philippines and having full capacity t contract, we do hereby adjuducate unto ourselves the
parcel of land described above in the following share;

LOT 1... as the sole share of PERFECTA CABREROS MACARAEG having an

area of THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR under TCT no. 131284;

LOT 2...the western portion of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY

FOUR SQUARE METERS (3,534 sq.m.) as the share of MERLITA CABREROS TUGAS and
the eastern portion with an area of THREE THOSUAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR
SQUARE METERS (3N534 sq.m.) as the share of FLORA CABREROS dacena UNDER tct No.
65918;
LOT 3...as the whiole share of TOMAS R. CABREROS having an area of six
thousand eight hundred fifteen and 75/100 square meters (8,615.65) under TCT No. 67776;

QUIT-CLAIM

That I, MARIA RAYRAY CABREROS,the surviving spouse of MATEO CABREROS,

do hereby renounce, waive and quit-claim all the rights and interest over the properties above-
mentioned in favor of PERFECTA CABREROS MACARAEG, MERLITA CABREROS
TUGAS AND FLORA CABREROS DACENA and TOMAS R. CABREROS having full
capacity to inherit under the law on succession under the Civil Code of the Philippines.
