INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor hereby accuses Regina

Phalange of the crime of Theft, defined and penalized Article 310 of the
Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on or about February 21, 2019, in the City of

Zamboanga, Philippines, the said accused, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, with intent of gain and
without the knowledge and consent of the owner thereof, take,
steal and carry away the following personal property belonging
to one, BARNABUS STINSON to wit: One (1)"Apple" IPhone XR,
One (1) Apple Macbook Pro, one (1) Samsung S10 and two (2)
sets of diamond earrings all valued at P750,000.00, belonging to
ROBIN SPARKLES, to the damage and prejudice of said owner, in
the aforesaid amount of P750,000.00, Philippine currency.

That in the commission of the said offense, the said accused committed
grave abuse of confidence, she being then employed as a maid of Robin
Sparkles, at the time, and as such, had free access to the place where the
property stolen were kept.

Contrary to law.

CERTIFICATION AS TO CONDUCT OF INQUEST

I hereby certify that the accused was lawfully arrested without a warrant
and that, upon being informed of his rights, refused to waive the provisions
of Article 125 of the Revised Penal Code and for this reason, an Inquest was
conducted; that based on the complaint and the evidence presented before
me without any countervailing evidence submitted by the accused, despite
opportunity to do so, there is reasonable ground to believe that the accused
has committed the crime of theft and should, thus, be held for said crime;
that this Information was with the prior authority of the City Prosecutor.
