CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PLAN

Philosophical Statement
As a teacher of the 21st century I want my learners to be equipped with
knowledge, skills, attitudes and values to adapt to this changing and developing
society. I want them to become responsible, friendly individual someday. As a
facilitator of learning, I want my learners to be more active in this challenging
world, engaged in the teaching-learning process. I want them fell that they are
loved by their fellow learners, classmates and teachers.

Rules and Procedures

I believe that in order to achieve this, our classroom environment should be

friendly to everyone wherein respect is present to each in everyone inside the
classroom. As a teacher, I am the one who is responsible to have a democratic
atmosphere in my class by letting them participate in the formulation of our class
rules, and taking part in decision making. I want my classroom to maintain
cleanliness and orderliness inside it. I want to continue harmonious relationship
with their teachers, peers, classmates and even schoolmates.

Classroom Arrangement
I want my classroom equipped with information technologies needed for my
lessons like television, printer, projector, audio-visual presentation and a wide
space for materials that can be utilized for teaching-learning process. In my
classroom there is a mini-library with different kinds of story books, references,
encyclopedia needed for remedial teaching and readings for my learners.
Classroom arrangement, chairs and tables in my own classroom should be
movable to make it flexible at all times. Chairs and tables arrangement should
not be permanent suited to facilitate working by pairs, small groups, or even big
groups. It should be aligned sometimes by columns or by rows. There should be
a maximum participation for learning activities.
 Misbehavior Interventions

If learners fight to each other, I would heartily listen to both sides. I would talk to
them and listens to their claims in a manner that will make her/him feel
respected valued despite any mistakes. I would make their fell welcome and
loved. I would also ask help from parents and school officials to work with me
hand –in- hand in disciplining their children in a peaceful manner, so that they
won’t get disappointed.

Classroom Safety

Classroom safety is very important to all aspects especially in conducting class

and school activities. Safety measures on the use of instructional materials,
electrical equipments, laboratory apparatuses should be known to learners.
There is what we called hazard drills in school example earthquake drill wherein
learners, teachers, people inside the school premises participated to that
everyone knows what to do during undesirable circumstances. I want to have a
classroom that is safe not only in terms of physical attributes but also social and
emotional such as safety from bullying and maltreatment against their peers.

Student Celebration

Honor learners for a quarter and winners of contests should be recognized by

giving them awards, medals, certificates during classroom awarding, flag
ceremonies and significant events.
