I have known Anubhav since his start in the social development field. He joined Sarthak Foundation on 8 th
June 2018 and has worked in capacity of first as a volunteer and then an intern. I have supervised him on
two projects and his teaching work at Sarthak Foundation.

Among our multiple centre the teaching centre that Anubhav works has an enrollment of 120
underprivileged children of ages 5-17. Though assigned to assist the principal educator of the centre in
organizing summer workshops for 2 months, in light of some crisis Anubhav took the initiative of taking the
place of the principal educator temporarily, managing the lessons of 120 children by himself for an entire
summer. This exhibits his willingness to go a step forward, indicative of his commitement and good
leadership traits.
Other than the his own assigned centre Anubhav has always been keen to know and learn the working
structure of all our programs at our other centre to further bring an improvement in his work.Delivering all
projects under stipulated deadlines he maintains his calm yet warm demeanour for which he is liked by
both his students and peers alike.
Anubhav has always shown a great level of empathy and social responsibility during his work. This is
evident through his excellent social leadership skills exhibited through some of his efforts namely- his
counseling to encourage parents to send their children to schools, his regular career counseling to students
of age-14-17 to be better prepared for an independent adult life.
His ability of cross-domain application of skills, such as his use of his data analytics skills in devising a
learning program to be run for underpriviledged children, is one of his major strengths. This data driven
model, addressing the low retention rate in schools and declining interest of students in academics has
been very successful, as the initial results observed through the attendance records at schools and their
average grades in their monthly tests are very promising.
I would definitely recommend Anubhav wholeheartedly and without reservation for enrolment at your
