ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN

This section describes the form of the business organization, the liability of the

owner, the organizational structure, the role of the owner, and the proposed salary.

FORM OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

The Nachonomics, a business enterprise, shall be in the form of Sole

Proprietorship.

Sole Proprietorship – one person will be handling the business.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES

1. Advantages:

- It will be easier to start a business Enterprise.

- No business Taxes.

- You may keep all profits.

- Inexpensive to set up.

2. Disadvantages:

- Unlimited liabilities.

- Difficult to obtain funding or bank loans

LIABILITY OF THE OWNER OR OWNERS

The Nachonomics Business Enterprise will be in the form of Sole Proprietorship

and due to this, the extent of liability of the owner will be an unlimited liability.

Unlimited liability – means that the owner of the business is liable for the entire

amount of debt and obligations of that business.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Product Manager and Product Supervisor (Ms. Xhyrene Nunez):

Graduated from De La Salle University with a degree in Human Resource

Management and previously worked at Jamie Oliver’s Restaurant. She has

9 years of experience of handling a food business. As the head of the

Advisory council of the Nachonomics Business Enterprise, she brings

unique knowledge and skills which augment the knowledge and skills of

the formal board of directors in order to more effectively guide the

organization of the Nachonomics Enterprise. She does not have formal

authority to gove

 rn the organization, that is, she cannot issue directives which must be

followed. Rather, she serves to make recommendations and/or provide key

information and materials to the board of directors. She plays an important

Role in public relations as well as providing program staff with a fresh

perspective on programmatic issues. A properly composed and structured

advisory committee can be a tremendous complement to the effectiveness

of the board of directors as it works to carry out a specific initiative.

That’s why her duty in this organization has a big impact in our business

specially when she fail in fulfilling the duties as an Advisory Councilor.

 Marketing & Promotion and Bookkeeper & Cashier (Mr. Jeffrey

Fernandez): Graduated with a degree in Marketing at University of the

Philippines. He has 7 years of experienced in marketing and promotion.

His duties are; work with department heads or staff to discuss topics such

as budgets and contracts, marketing plans, and the selection of advertising

media, Plan advertising and promotional campaigns, Plan advertising,

including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print,

online media, and billboards, Negotiate advertising contracts, Evaluate the

look and feel of websites used in campaigns or layouts, which are sketches

or plans for an advertisement, Initiate market research studies and analyze

their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for

businesses, Develop pricing strategies for products or services marketed to

the target customers of a firm, Meet with clients to provide marketing or

technical advice, Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and

marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.

 Production Worker and Material Collector (Mr. Daron Figueroa):

Graduate of Business Management from Far Eastern University. He has 7

years of experience of handling a food business. He is responsible for

overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes on a

production floor. He will oversee scheduling and routine production

activities as well as acting as first-line troubleshooting should problems

arise.

SALARY REQUIREMENTS

Salary and Wages:


Agencies will be working in 1 week with 8 hours a day.
Working days: Weekdays | Mon-Fri

Computation: Monthly Rate = Daily rate x 20 days – Mandatory benefits

Less: SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PHILHEALTH (Php 300.00)
