VEHICLE SALE AFFIDAVIT

I, Bhushan Murgude son of Nilkanth Murgude R/o Plot. No31, Rajopadhye Nagar, A ward, Near
Mahadev mandir Kolhapur 416012 & Distt Kolhapur, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as
under: -

1- That I have sold my vehicle i.e. Tata Indica GLS XETA BS3 bearing its Registration
No. MH09BB6709, Chassis No 600731CQZP21224 and Engine No. 475SI58BQZP25671
Model TATA INDICA GLS 1.2L BS3 to Watermark Cars Private Limited, Atharv Chember-55,
Wakdewadi, Pune-Mumbai Road Pune (LANDMARK NISSAN, PUNE) District PUNE.

2- That I have received the full and final sale consideration of the above said vehicle from the
above said purchaser.

3- That I have today i.e. on 31ST DECEMBER 2019 at 6:30 PM handed over the physical
possession/delivery of the said vehicle to the said purchaser.

4-That the said purchaser shall get the said vehicle transferred in his name as soon as possible
and shall bear all the expenses incidental thereto

5- That I am responsible for the challan/accident and any other cases till date and in future i.e.
from today onwards the said purchaser shall be fully responsible for tax, challan, accident, any
court cases.

6- That I have no objection if the said vehicle is transferred in the name of the said purchaser.

7- That I have handed over the original documents/RC to the said purchasers today i.e. on
dated 31ST DECEMBER 2019.

 Motor Vehicle Sale Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT made at, the day of 31st December 2019, BETWEEN:

1. Sri. Bhushan Murgude, s/o Nilkanth Murgude, r/oPlot. No31, Rajopadhye Nagar, A ward Kolhapur,
hereinafter called “the Vehicle Owner and Seller” of Vehicle TATA Indica GLX XETA 1.2 BS3 MH09BB6709
(which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, include their
respective heirs, executors, administrators and assigns) of the ONE PART AND

hereinafter called “the Buyer” (which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning
thereof include his/her heirs, executors and/or administrators and assigns) of the OTHER PART
WHEREAS : The Seller has the absolute ownership with all rights of ownership and possession without
any liability of Motor Vehicle (Make, Registration Number) TATA Indica GLX XETA 1.2 BS3 MH09BB6709
and Chassis Number 600731CQZP21224 and Engine Number 475SI58BQZP25671 Effective from
the 31st December 2019 at 6:30 PM, for value consideration as per mutual consent of Rs. 50000INR in
form of payment CAR EXCHANGE (cash/cheque/dd), seller has agreed to sell, convey and transfers the
vehicle described in to the buyer by handing over Original RC, Insurance, Valid PUC Certificate, All
Original Keys, Bank Documents and any other documents pertaining to the transfer of the car with
signed RTO Forms. The seller understands that he transfers the sole right of ownership of the motor
vehicle referred in to the buyer to be used at sole discretion of buyer at his or her own will. The buyer
takes the full ownership of the Motor Vehicle (Make, Registration Number) TATA Indica GLX XETA 1.2
BS3 MH09BB6709 and Chassis Number 600731CQZP21224 and Engine Number 75SI58BQZP25671
and consents to complete all transfer formalities to transfer vehicle in RTO, Insurance in his/her name
on the earliest basis.

The Buyer Consents that he has taken the delivery of the car and consents to be in possession of all
material papers and documents pertaining to the Vehicle. Buyer Understands that all responsibility,
challan, accidents, court cases, risks associated after date and time of executing this agreement will be
his/her responsibility.

Seller warrants that: - all disclosures to buyer and other matters in connection with such transaction,
are in all respects as required by, and in accordance with, all applicable laws and regulations prevailing
at time of signing this sale agreement with no material facts hidden in. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Seller
and the Buyer respectively have hereunto set their respective hand the day and year first hereinabove
written.
