1) Abstract:
I am introducing the “Smart Bin with Free WIFI”
where the sensor is detected by the person throwing the trash.
In exchange, the individual will have 17 minutes ' time to have free WIFI.

2) Executive Summary:
About the sight of overflowing waste bins in Pakistan, I have come up with an idea of a dustbin with sensor, so that
when someone throws the garbage, that person can get WIFI for 17 minutes in return. The business model I am
going to present is “Smart Bin with Free WIFI”. Firstly for infrastructure, the investors, government, telecom
company, electrical store, hospitality sectors and suppliers will help us in the execution of this product. Then
designing smart dustbins, distribution, promote in online platforms for awareness & customers acquisition and
consultative selling will be the main key activities that will lead to the final product. The resources that I need are
patent, copyright, own physical resources, and departments (IT, R&D, HR, Finance, SCM, Marketing) will help us
in business operations. Secondly for customers, this product is for everyone means no specified target market. The
value that I am offering to the target market is Free Wifi Access. And we use personal assistance to the selected
target market in order to maintain the relationship. The channel we use to reach the customers will be website,
social medias and ads on TV and social medias. Also the suppliers will supply this product to the hospitality
sectors. Lastly for financial viability, the cost incurs is Rs.209,000 and the revenue will get from the sales and
promotional tools to attract the customers and purchase it. So this is the final business model.
