DANA MALL is located in the capital Governate, Manama, heart of the business and retail
district, next to the sheikh Khalifa bin Salman highway in Seef, one of the main arterial
roadways in the Kingdome of Bahrain. This high profile location is at a stones' throw away from
major areas in Bahrain.

This gives the mall an advantage as it attracts great footfall due to convenience for customers
coming from any part of Bahrain. The mall is on the way from King Fahad causeway (Saudi

MALL has so far been a healthy mix of Bahraini, Arabs, Europeans and South Asian shoppers.

The landlord of the property has recently endorsed a long term lease arrangement for the
property with Lulu Group International in view of re-propositioning the property to the current
needs and demands of the market.

LULU HYPERMARKET

The Flagship Store of LULU’s hypermarket chain in Bahrain will be at DANA MALL. The renovated
and expanded store will spread over 13,500 square meters in total area (with both floors
conveniently connected internally via a travellator). This restructured, revamped store will offer
an ultra-modern, luxurious and convenient shopping experience for all visitors to the mall. By
integrating all the conceivable needs of the consumers under one roof, Lulu Hypermarket
transforms the everyday shopping experience into a pleasurable indoor activity.
