Project #1 : E_Banking
Technology : Automation Anywhere
-Our client is a multinational Bank providing services throughout several countries. This project
includes various teams each working on different technologies. AUTOMATION ANYWHERE is one
of the technologies amongst them. It is the desktop automation tool. Using AUTOMATION
ANYWHERE, we have automated the manual tasks included like Searching for particular mails,
downloading the attachments, Send back the Automated Delivery mails and so on by using E mail
Automation and Exceptional Handling commands.
Description: The process involves the Searching for particular mails in every 5 mins, Downloading
Attachments of those mails into one Folder and Send back the Delivery Mails with a ROBOT
procedure which means it works daily process from Task scheduler which can be run at a schedule
time daily.
Automation can be used to eliminate the need to manually enter the details across multiple
systems and navigate through different applications/tabs to reduce processing time.
Description: Our Client is the one of the major clients of Tech Mahindra. Using AUTOMATION
ANYWHERE, We have automated the manual tasks which includes on a daily basis. Some of the
associates need to be worked on basic flow of the every application what they are using for Testing.
Now we have automated the process to open the application automatically, like performing the basic
flow and Capturing the data from applications to Excel sheet and take the screenshots of every screen
and save into the particular folder. If we get any errors during execution, this process will throw the
message alerts and take the screenshots.
Automation can be used to eliminate the need to manually enter the details across multiple
systems and navigate through different applications/tabs to reduce processing Time , Man power and
Error rates.
Description: Our Client is the one of the major Clients of Tech Mahindra. Using AUTOMATION
ANYWHERE, we have automated the manual tasks included like Download the PDF documents from
Cloud and extract the data from downloaded PDF documents to Excel files, Read the data from PDF
files to Excel Sheet and so on.
Automation can be used to eliminate the need to manually enter the details across multiple
systems and navigate through different applications/tabs to reduce processing time and error rates.
Responsibilities:
● Worked in Payments QA team deals with the applications used by the Customers of particular
bank.
● This will helps to the Customers to Order the new Cheques with different styles, triggering the
transactions, etc.
● Automated the Manual tasks in Payments QA team, to verify the prices of Cheques , different
Styles , Stationary things and Cheque Wallets , Etc..
● User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing is done for the application used by Payments
QA team.
● Worked on AODA testing for Blind people to access the bank applications by hearing the data
with Chromevox and JAWS applications.
● Designed Test Plan, Test Cases by referring to FR, BR, TD documents and validated them
during release timelines.
● Used Octane tool to write the test cases and used JIRA tool to raise defects and tracked them
until closure.
● Actively participated in SCRUM calls with the clients, sponsors and end users every day
regarding the progress of the project.
Testing Experience:
● Worked in Retail Branch team deals with the applications used by the bank employees.
● This will help the employees to verify the account balance, triggering the transactions, validate
fraud transactions, resolving issues etc.
● User Acceptance Testing is done for the application used by Branch team.
● Designed Test Plan, Test Cases by referring to FR, BR, TD documents and validated them
during release timelines.
● Using HP ALM tool, raised defects and tracked them until closure.
● Actively participated in Teleconferencing with the clients, sponsors and end users every week
regarding the progress of the project.
● Training the new members in the team and getting them productive quickly.
