STORAGE AND STABILITY
This product will be stable until the expiration date when stored unopened between
-20°C and -80°C. For optimum performance, avoid storage in a frost-free freezer
or in a freezer which is opened regularly for other applications such as storage
of clinical samples. Store vials away from the light. Once the control material is
thawed and opened, it should be stored tightly capped at 2 to 8°C. Analytes are
stable for 10 days under these conditions with the following exceptions:
BNP (1-32) will be stable for 1 hour.
Folate will be stable for 4 days.
PTH (1-84) will be stable for 4 days.
Troponin I will be stable for 7 days.
