Title
The title of the project is ”Online Genral Store Management”.

Main objective of the project

The purpose of our project is provide user friendly and affordable platform for small or
medium size shop owners to maintain their daily transaction on cloud with cheap and
affordable price. So they can maintain information about daily transactions. Many number of
store owners can login to transact.

Module description
Login/create account
1.Supplier login/create account

This module is used to supplier to logon into system. Supplier need to enter his details
have/or create account.
2.Shop owner login/create account

This module is used by shop owner to login into system.if he does not have account in this
module. he can create the account to enter his store/contact information.
3.Customer login/create account

Customer can login with UserId and password or create account to make orders.
4.Guest login

To simpy view the store product details.

5.Manage accounts

This module is exist for changing profile details or delete account or password
change for Respective users.

Shop owner
1.Product entry module
This module is for entering product details like product rate,name,type,brand etc.

2.Transaction module
 This module performs billing transaction between
Customer-Shop Owner and Supplier-Shop Owner to make easy transaction for
shop owner

3.Search module
Search filters exists like transaction various product search,item search,search by date
is exist
to view the transaction for shop owner.
5.Report module
This module consists of auditing report and transaction report.
o Overall report.
o Monthly transaction report.
 customere/shop owner report.
 Supplier/shop owner report.
o Yearly report of transactions.

Customer side
Shop status view module
A add-on module for Customer can view local store by item status ie wherther item
exist or not,the item information ,to know about item information in home.

Supplier proposal module

Supplier can login and view shop owner about stock information of the store and by
that information a email propasal can give to shop owner .

Future scope of the project

 Enhancement in user interface.
 Chating can provide between shop owners.
 Customer can order online.
 Supplier and shop owner two communication - ie shop owner can compare
prices of suppliers and make a request to supply.
