Re: Demand to and to Vacate the Leased Property

Dear Cue Ty,

I write to you regarding the above-referenced matter for the property located at:

123 Masyahin Street;

Brgy. San Francisco, Panabo City;
Davao del Norte, Philippines

On January 1, 2015, we entered into an agreement for the lease of the above-described property starting
on 2 March 2015 until 2 March 7, 2019. It was also agreed upon that the property would be vacated and
surrendered back to me at the end of the lease period. However, to this date, you have failed to vacate and
surrender the property despite the lease period ending on 2 March 2019.

Due to the foregoing, I hereby make a final demand upon you to comply with the terms of our lease
agreement and to vacate the property within Fifteen (15) Days from the receipt of this letter otherwise I
would be constrained to institute the appropriate civil complaint against you. I will also hold you liable for
damages, attorney’s fees, and expenses that I will incur arising from your unlawful detainer of my property.
