SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, VERGINIA DUMALANTA, CATALINA DUMALANTA, CHARITO

DUMALANTA, RODRIGO DUMALANTA, LUCENA DUMALANTA, ELPIDIO
DUMALANTA, and EUSBIO DUMALANTA, all of legal age, Filipinos, residents of
Brgy. Caballero Purok 6, Guimba, Nueva Ecija, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint
our sister PRIMITIVA DUMALANTA MONTES, likewise of legal age and residing at
the above-stated address, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our
name, place, and stead to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To ask, demand, sue for, recover possession and collect all

sums of money, interests and other things of value of whatever nature or
kind as may now be or may hereafter become due, owing, or payable
belonging to us, and to have sue, and to take any and all lawful ways and
means for the recovery of our real properties found in the Philippines
including that certain parcel of land located at Guimba, Nueva Ecija
covered by E.P. No. 46756; To make, sign and execute any and all
pleadings, papers and documents in connection with the said civil suit;
and

2. To appear for and in our behalf in any government agency,

administrative body, court or tribunal; To represent us at the any stage of
the proceedings including but not limited to pre-trial conference and
mediation proceedings with full power to settle and enter into
compromise agreement, as well as such other matters as may aid in the
prompt disposition of the case.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full powers
and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully
do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact or her substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
