0 Precaution
To ensure the product is covered under warranty period, you are recommended to
follow the conditions listed below :

1. Make sure you connect to the correct AC/DC power before switch on the
power.

2. Always use the provided power cord, testing lead, plug in components or
accessory which come together with the trainer / training kit.

3. Remember to switch off the AC & DC Supply unit power before do any wiring
connection on the trainer/training kits or when removing any wiring
connection from the trainer/training kits.

4. Remember to measure the AC/DC voltage supply output before connecting

to the experimental circuit.

5. Avoid the spilling of any solid, liquid or gaseous substance on the product.

6. Never allow any foreign materials drop onto/into the product .

7. Do not touch any conductive area at the AC & DC Supply Unit when the
power is on.

8. Never probe a contact without using a mating lead wire as a test lead.

9. Remember to switch off all the power supply after use it.

10. Do not use or keep this product under heat and humid condition.

2.0 Unpack and check the packing list

1. Unpack the training kit from the carton box.

2. Check the item and accessories with reference to the catalog or packing
list or shipment checklist.

3.0 OVERVIEW
Maintenance and Operation Manual
This maintenance and operational manual contains all the maintenance and
operation information about the trainer.

The user shall follow the maintenance information to carry out the monthly or yearly
maintenance. All maintain jobs must be carried out based on the maintenance
schedule listed in this manual. Only the person who assigned by the related
supervisor is allowed to carry out all the periodic maintenance on the trainer. The
assigned person shall report to the related supervisor if any issue found or any
modification needed during maintenance.

Only the authorized person is allowed to carry out the modification of the trainer if
required.

The operation of the trainer is described clearly with wiring connection between
modules in each job sheet.

In order to let the student to understand the modules operation, the operation
procedure for each job sheet experiment is included.

4.0 EDUCATIONAL CONCEPTS OF THE TRAINER
A variety of educational experiments and tasks can be accomplished with this
trainer. The trainer comes complete with a number of different sources of training
material so that the teacher can use them as references to achieve the curriculum
goals at his/her school.

Student Job Sheets

These job sheets contain a number of specific exercises with a special purpose for
each experiment to be done with the GOTT Trainer. The job sheets incorporate and
use information from instruction manual as well as the operation manual and refer
to them often.

We can say that the job sheets act as bridge or guide connecting two different kinds
of information of theory and practice. When the student has completed these
exercises he can go on to further work with the experiment in operational Manual in
order to explore deeper into the subject.
