Code of Ethics
This code of Ethics is a guide for the workers inside the

company. This is a behavior that must be followed by the
people who are inside the organization. The Code of Ethics
of the Varvie Girls Company will be used as a guideline for
the company. This code of Ethics is for the workers, and
everyone who is inside the company even the people who
are in the highest position needs to follow the rules and
regulations.
Employers who didn’t follow this rule might face offenses.

Therefore, the employers who did a great job and for the
people who deserve a reward will be having it. This will help
to have a healthy company
MISSION
The Varvie Girls mission is nothing more but to help. This

company make helping a habit. The company loves to help,
so now we make it as a mission. We will help the Pili nut
farmers to grow more trees, because our country needs a lot
of trees. Our mission is to help the suppliers have a good
supply which is the Pili Nut farmers, so that we could give
them a proper job. Our mission is to make unique product
of milk that is made original Filipino ingredient.
VISSION
The vision of the Varvie Girls Company is to make every

supplier have a good and proper source of income. Our
vision is to give a satisfaction to the customers and give
them the happiest face. Our company’s vision is to supply
more Filipino recipe to everyone and everywhere. We want
to supply more Pili Milky Cup for the costumers so that our
product will be enjoyed from a lot of people.

You must know what are the actions that you must
perform inside the company
Avoid doing that may affect your work and your
time in your work.
Avoid doing unnecessary things inside the
company.
Avoid doing things that may disturb your
workmates.
Don’t be rude to other people even when you are
in a highest position.
These are the penalties that you should do when you

disobeyed the rules of Varvie Company:
1st offense: Explain yourself at the manager
2nd offense: 1-week work without payment
3rd offense: salary deduction
Think who you are first

Avoid acting that you are in a high position
You must know what is your position
Act according to your position
Avoid doing things that are not suitable in your
position.
Know your limitations

Avoid acting that you own the company
You must know your limitations inside the
company
You must know your limits in doing things in your
environment.
Avoid doing things you don’t need to do
Just focus on your work.
Gadget using
Don’t use your gadgets if it’s not needed in your
office hours
You are allowed to use gadget if it’s emergency
Don’t use gadgets for unnecessary things: chatting
in your boyfriend, husband and friends, also the family
if it is not important
Avoid using mobile phones to watch, to play
games and etc.
You are just allowed to use gadgets if it is
connected in your work.
Meeting time
You will face a consequence when you are late 5
minutes
Avoid being late
Attendance is a big must
Be presentable
Be alert
Always say or share what’s your idea in your head
Please do cooperate
Work as a team
Always listen to the speaker
Avoid gossiping while in the meeting
On time
Avoid being late in company
Don’t be tardy
Always think of your time and your work
You’ll be mark as absent when you’re late in 30
minutes
Limit your mouth

Avoid shouting, talking unnecessary with your
workmates during office hours
Don’t be a gossiper, don’t gossip inside the
company
Remember that you are in the office, not in the
market

Do your job well
Do a better performance to receive an award
Make yourself comfortable in doing your job
Don’t do your job if you are stress, gloomy and
handle a lot of problems, the management will
accompany you

Smile for free
Smiling is the key to have a better day
Always smile in your workmates, boss, guard, and
janitors anytime you see them.
Always smile inside the company
It is a must to share a happiness

Greeting
Greeting to everyone shows respect
Avoid being snob
Always bow your heads and smile to everyone
when you see them, inside and outside of the company.

Respect for everyone
Always respect your workmates and people who
are inside the company
Make it a habit
This is an attitude of every employer in the
company
Don’t be naughty inside the company or in your
working area
Don’t destruct people who are working
Help people who need your help

Break time
Don’t spend your time too much in your break
time
Break time is your free time
Your break time in snack is just 20 minutes and
you are required to take your snack just inside the
company
Your lunch break is just 45 minutes and you are
allowed to eat outside but don’t be late
You are permitted to eat outside during lunch
break but do come back in time

Be alert
Don’t go to work if you are tardy, lazy etc.
Avoid showing some laziness in the company, it
shows disrespectful manner
Avoid being sad inside the company, your
workmates might be affected by that
When there’s a customer without an assistant
guide them and ask them
Always take care of the customers
Always be alert when your officemates ask your
help

Mind your own business
Don’t be a gossiper
If your officemate has a problem you can comfort
them, not to spread rumors about them
You are not allowed to make any bad scene inside
the company

Be approachable
You must be friends with your workmates
Avoid being solo type inside the company
When the manager, employers approach you, you
must be approachable for them.
Be approachable to the customers, don’t show any
bad manner to them

On work time
You must focus on your job during work hours
Avoid doing things that is not connected to your
work
Be responsible to your work, don’t neglect it
Spend your time to your work during work hours.

Wear proper attire
Avoid wearing vulgar clothes in the company
Respect the people’s environment when it comes
to dress code
A dress code will be print out and you must follow
it
Dress for ladies must be below the knee even the
skirt
Always wear your ID
You are required to put a makeup but not too
heavy
Gays in the company are also allowed to wear
makeup
Hair must be neat and clean
Wear your smile everyday

Limit your guests
No one is allowed to enter the office areas
There will be a designated area like the guest room
Don’t bring a lot of guest in the company
The limited guest in guest room are just 7 people.

Using Internet
Internet in the company is just for work
Avoid using internet for unnecessary things
Don’t use too much internet
Don’t use internet for your past time
