Dear Parents/Carers

We are again using the online Parents Evening System for booking your Parent Teacher
meetings.
You will be asked to complete the following details: the parent’s title, first name and surname,
along with your e-mail address. Additionally, you will then need to input your daughter’s first
name and surname, along with their date of birth. This will then take you into the system for
your daughter, and you will then need to choose which of the dates you wish to make a booking.
It will them bring up all the staff that teach your daughter, and you can then choose which of the
available slots you wish to book up to a maximum of three (over the 2 days). The system will not
allow you to book slots right next to each other, i.e. it will insist there is a 5-minute slot between
the end of one booking and the start of the next (by blocking it out). If you have more than one
child, the system should bring up all the available booking options for all your children.
Your booking will then be confirmed by email by the Parents Evening System.

Please note that due to the large number of appointments that need to be arranged for our
teachers, it will not be possible to accommodate appointments OUTSIDE of the agreed days and
times shown above, nor to extend the amount of time allocated for each appointment. Out of
consideration for all families, we kindly ask you to strictly adhere to the allocated slot you have
chosen. Please remember to make child care arrangements for your children as they cannot be
left in the LRC or brought into the hall.
