SERVICE DESCRIPTION CHARGE
 Hospital, Nursing Home, Hospice
Center: $140.00
 Medical Examiner Office: $140.00
 Funeral Home Transfer: $140.00
 Airport Pick – Up & Delivery: $140.00
 Residential Removal: $150.00
(If body exceeds 300lbs, an additional
$50.00 per 50lb increment will be applied to
the balance)
Removal:
body transport fee will be applied to the $200.00
balance. If the removal/transport exceeds 30- Body Transport:
35 miles, it is considered a long-distance $2.00
transport. Per - Loaded Mile
If a body must be stored, a per-day $75.00 Per - Day
refrigeration fee will be applied to the
balance. Cold storage is at your
convenience.
Per local casket pick-up and delivery, this $80.00
one-time flat rate will be applied. (Within
Shelby County)
Per Casket Pick-up & delivery, a casket pick- Casket Pick up:
up and casket transport fee will be applied to $45.00
the balance. This fee applies to Long Casket
Distance / State-to-State Casket Transports Transport: $1.85
only. (If the transport exceeds 30-35 miles, it Per – Mile
is considered a long-distance transport.)
If a body must be transported on a nationally $75.00
recognized holiday, a holiday fee will be
factored into the balance. (Per body
removal/transport)
Inclement Weather Rate An inclement weather fee will be applied to $85.00
the balance if a body has to be transported in
these conditions. Ex: Snow, Severe
rainstorm etc. (Per body removal/transport)

Over Night Fee An Over Night Fee will be factored into the $25.00
invoice balance if contacted to pick-up a
deceased after 6:00pm and before 7:00am.
This rate is on a per-body basis.

Upstairs Removal Rate If the deceased is located upstairs in the $25.00

residence a one time “Upstairs” charge will
be applied to the overall invoice balance.

Deceased Decomposition Fee If the deceased has been determined as a $35.00
“Decomp,” this onetime fee will be applied to
the invoice balance. (Per-Body)

Late Fee If your service invoice has not been satisfied $25.00
within 5 days of the due date, a $25.00 per-
body late fee will be applied to the unpaid
account balance. This late fee will apply
every 7 days with NO exceptions.

Sunday Removal Rate Our Sunday Removal Rate is listed as $145.00

Empty / Cancelation Fee 1) If a funeral home calls to cancel a removal %

while an AfterLife solutions removal
technician is in route to the removal
destination, and the driver is not yet within 5
miles of the pickup location then the funeral
home will not be charged for the removal on
their next service invoice. However, if the
driver is within a 5-mile radius to
the pickup location, the funeral home will be
charged 30% of the total removal charge on
their next service invoice.
2) If an AfterLife Solutions removal
technician arrives to the removal destination
and the removal is cancelled, a 60% charge
of the total removal cost will be included on
the next service invoice.
3) If an AfterLife Solutions removal
technician arrives to the removal location and
begins to perform the removal (e.g. bag the
body, wrap the body, prepare the body for
removal/transport) and the funeral home
cancels the removal, an 80% charge of the
 total removal cost will be on the next service
invoice.

Return Fee A Return fee will be factored into the invoice $35.00
total if we must leave and return to the same
call to perform removal services.

Additional Assistance An additional Assistance fee will be applied $70.00

to the invoice balance if determined that
extra assistance is needed to perform the
removal. This fee can be discounted.

General Return Fee This is an automated fee that is factored into $100.00
the overall balance to cover travel expense.

Waiting Fee If transport driver must wait for an excessive $50.00

amount of time, a $50.00 charge will be
factored into the invoice. (If waiting time
exceeds 35 - 40 minutes)

Hotel / Lounging A lounging fee will be factored in for long $100.00

distance transports. This is to ensure that
driver maintain an adequate amount of rest
and energy while transporting the deceased.

Embalmer Charge This charge may vary depending on the

condition of the deceased. Please inquire
about this pricing.
