2. Discussion for GRT Cebu Project
2.1. Management (Issues and Concerns)
2.1.1. RHBJ
 Resigned effective 10-October-2019.
 Has no plans of attending October 11 meeting at HO. ABDM Info
 Write a letter for replacement to advise the client. ABDM Info
 Company heads will go to Cebu on Monday to talk to the client regarding this ABDM Info
issue.
2.1.2. RTA
 Gave her word and assured that she will finish the project. RTA Info
2.1.3. IMA
 To finish requirements in Delimondo by the end of October – Certificate of IMA Info
Completion, Billing, and Retention.
 Will be transferred to GRT Cebu Project by the start of November.
2.1.4. COOP
 Current fund holder & signatory for checks – RHBJ; turnover to RTA due to RTA Info
resignation.
 LPA to come up with an organized system for the COOP funds, to be LPA Info
discussed further in Cebu.
2.1.5. Staff House
 In need of a bigger staff house; look for staff house near site. RTA, JCC Info

2.2. Tower 3 (Issues and Concerns)

2.2.1. Major Reworks
 Chipping Works
 One of the major issues.
 Every room with a difference varying from 0.5 to 2 inches.
 Can finish for one month (as per JDT). PMT Info
 6 chipping gun needed – 4 on-site, 2 additional. PIR, FCC Info
 Stairs
 3 stairs without finish.
 Teak Wood
 Floor sinks because during construction, carton was placed under under- PMT Info
sheathing.
 Stairs
 Rework – 3 stairs without finish. PMT Info
2.2.2. Accomplishment Report
 Reported 98% was based on billing; though most of the items that are RTA Info
already billed needs rework.
2.2.3. Roof Deck & Penthouse PMT Info
 Prioritize this item.
 All materials are delivered.
2.2.4. Site Engineers
 Request for site engineers for Tower 3. ABDM Info
2.2.5. Letter for Rework for Tiles at Balcony
 Damaged tiles were caused by railing works of subcon handled by ASEC.
 Report to ASEC, submit letter with attached pictures for rework caused by PMT Info
others for documentation in VOs.
2.2.6. Unit Turnover

  Prioritize turnovers per floor, not per unit. PMT Info
2.2.7. Grand Land Work Takeovers
 Grand Land placed 2 groups on floors with small number of manpower for
repairs; supervised by ASEC.
 FODC being charged with poor workmanship for some of the items they
worked on; no document was signed regarding these takeovers.
 Record work items by others for documentation. PMT Info

2.3. Tower 4 (Issues and Concerns)

2.3.1. Project Status Report
 Accomplishment – Delay 5% equivalent to 55 days.
 Revise Cost Summary: For indirect cost, separate cost produced by tower 3 RTA Info
from tower 4.
2.3.2. Work Schedule Delays
 Due to work items (masonry, finishing, waterproofing, ceiling, STP) that PMT Info
started all at once.
2.3.3. Lack of Manpower
 Request for additional manpower for Tower 4 ceiling & masonry works. HO Info
 Look for subcons from Cebu or anywhere near Cebu. (masonry and ceiling
works) – To be discussed further during visit in Cebu.

As there are no other matters to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 11:31 AM.
