1. SITUATION. The III Corps Logistics Readiness Review (LRR) is a comprehensive monthly briefing to
the Commanding General from G4 staff, major subordinate commands, and support agencies that
provide an overview of emerging trends in all areas of logistics, sustainment, and materiel management.

2. MISSION. III Corps G-4 ICW 13th Sustainment Command (E) will schedule and host a monthly
Logistics Readiness Review (LRR) chaired by the III Corps Commanding General.

3. EXECUTION.

a. Concept of operations. The LRR provides a snapshot assessment of supply, maintenance,


deployment, and other critical topics to include the overall equipment readiness status across III Corps.
Key topics include Command Discipline Programs, Campaign On Property Accountability (COPA)
Tactical Wheeled Vehicle Divestiture, Item Unique Identification (IUID) Container Inventory, Aviation and
Ground Materiel Readiness, Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP), Financial Liability
Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPLs) Operational Equipment Load and Deployment Readiness. In
addition revolving topics cover special projects, campaigns, and identified trends that may include:
Standard Pricing credit reversal, Global Command Support System-Army (GCSS-A) fielding, Automated
FLIPL Tracker (AFT) Authorized Stockage List (ASL) management, and other Commander directed
topics. The LRR will serve as a forum to identify, discuss, and resolve logistical issues and systemic
Problems as they pertain to Divisions, Separates, and all of their subordinate Units.

(1) III Corps publishes the next LRR brief date and workshop/pre-brief schedule.

(2) III Corps CG and G4 determine topics and data requirements, develops Unit-reporting metrics
(data slides/charts), and distributes to each MSC and separate brigade with a suspense based on the
LRR schedule.

(3) Units review data requirements, validate and utilize their systems of record, and submit the
data in the prescribed format back to the appropriate III Corps G4 action officer. Units will BPT provide III
Corps G4 staff with follow-on and clarifying information.

(4) III Corps G4 compares Unit-provided data with available systems of record and reconciles for
differences that indicate if standards are met, to identify trends, and evaluate systemic problems that the
corps may leverage solutions through coordinating actions, establishing business rules/policies, or
recommending changes of policy to higher headquarters.

(5) III Corps G4 assembles final briefing product, compares data from previous months, then
conducts the pre-briefs and workshops IAW the published schedule.

(6) Select III Corps Units attend the briefing, as scheduled, and stand ready to clarify, brief, or
otherwise answer questions as the CG or his designated representative directs.

b. Tasks to Subordinate Units.

(1) 1st Cavalry Division, 1st Army Division West, 1st Medical Brigade, 11th Signal Brigade,
21stCavalry Brigade, 36th Engineer Brigade, 48th Chemical Brigade (79th Ordnance Battalion) 69th Air
Defense Artillery, 85th Civil Affairs Brigade, 89th Military Police Brigade, 504th Battlefield Surveillance
Brigade, Phantom Command,

(a) Validate, consolidate, and provide LRR feeder data in the prescribed format for each
respective topic (see enclosures) by the published due date.

(b) Attend the monthly LRR in the III Corps Headquarters and BPT provide clarifying information,
updates, and answer questions as the CG may direct.

(2) 1st Infantry Division, 4th Infantry Division, 1st Armored Division.

(a) Validate, consolidate, and provide LRR feeder data in the prescribed format for each
respective topic (see enclosures) by the published due date.

(b) Attend the monthly LRR in the III Corps Headquarters and BPT provide clarifying information,
updates, and answer questions as the CG may direct.
(3) 13th Sustainment Command (E).

(a) Receive Unit-fed reports, pull system of record data, format appropriately, and validate all
data.

(b) Prepare final LRR briefing product in direct coordination with III Corps G4.

(c) Facilitate the LRR to include: managing and reserving conference rooms, calendar
synchronization, facilitating the video teleconference, and operate all audio/visual equipment
requirements during the workshops, pre-briefs, and final briefing.

(d) Attend the monthly LRR in the III Corps Headquarters and BPT provide clarifying information,
updates, and answer questions as the CG may direct.

(4) III Corps G4.

(a) Publish monthly LRR schedules to appropriate Units and staff organizations.

(b) Prepare and distribute prescribed data feeder requirements to appropriate Units and staff
organizations.

(c) Host all workshops and pre-briefs to develop the final LRR briefing product ICW
13th Sustainment Command (E).

(d) Analyze all data across III Corps to identify Units that did not meet established standards,
identify trends, and BPT establish policy, coordinate efforts, or recommend changes to higher
headquarters based on cumulative information.

(e) Record the minutes of each workshop, pre-brief, and final LRR brief to capture directives,
recommendations, and incorporate changes as required.

(f) Draft and publish a final LRR executive summary that outline the minutes of the briefing,
captures due-outs from current and previous briefings, and highlight CG guidance.

5. COMMAND AND SIGNAL.

a. Command. The 13th Sustainment Command (E) working in collaboration with III Corps G-4, will
overall be the command element for LESC-West.
