1. Handling the end to end exit process

3. Enrolling the new joiner codes in bio-metric machine (Star link/Web DC) Validating and checking the
authenticity of the onboarding request.
4. Creating Employee Record in Starlink.
5. Standardized the joining formalities process of new employees (EMP Code, ID Cards, Bank Account, PF
& ESI etc).
Data Management
1. Ensuring all the employee details are entered in the system as per TAT.
2. Maintain attrition report.
3. Maintain employee master.
