Telkomsel strives to bring positive

contribution to the Republic of Indonesia in
the provision of telecommunications and
digital services, by presenting The NextDev
Summit, a sustainability commitment in
building Indonesia’s digital ecosystem,
particularly for the development of
early-stage digital startups pioneered by
Indonesian youths whose objectives are oriented toward creating a positive social
impact for the community.

Since 2015 until today, there have been 5000 participants registered through The
NextDev Talent Scouting program, and 100 excellent startups were chosen to participate
in The NextDev Academy’s startup development program. The NextDev offers digital
solutions to problems in the area, such as the implementation of E-Agriculture,
E-Government, E-Health, E-Tourism, E-Education, and various solutions in other fields
that support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The 1st NextDev Summit 2019 stands as the culmination of The NextDev initiatives
which have been running for five years. This conference accommodates more
than 5000 young Indonesians with interests in the digital industry, such as startup
enthusiasts, content creators, and developers, by presenting more than 100 expert
speakers, ranging from local and foreign investors, technology and creative industry
players, to corporations.

We hope that this conference will spark motivation and inspiration, as well as bringing
the digital industry players in Indonesia, so that we can accelerate the country’s
digital economy together.
